I love this little table. Does not fold flat. Does fold requiring about 8" of space. Is free standing when folded. This table is solid and versatile. Unfortunately the finish is very orange and scratches off easily. I plan to sand and refinish to my liking. This table is worth the effort. Simple, solid timeless design with great functionality.

We bought this table several years ago and my husband uses it for grilling and loves it - we bought a second one because it works so well for our outdooor needs.

Went together really easily, once I found the bolts. They had fallen out of the bag and were rattling around in the box. This table doesn't fold flat, but it does fold. It seems sturdy and I can't wait to use it in my yard.

Pros: nice color, stable, folds.Cons: slightly smaller than advertised (23.5" x 23.5" top and 27.25" tall); does not fold flat; holes for screws were not accurately drilled -- had to clean out and widen several holes, and tweak alignment; some oil residue from finish; comes packed in a lot of plastic and styrofoam.Note: This is a very soft wood -- advertised as sustainable eucalyptus from Brazil -- with a reddish stain.Using this is a breakfast nook, and it's just a bit smaller than I would have liked, but it works as a small bistro/patio table.

Very nice little table. Not quite large enough for 2 dinner plates, it will make an excellent table beside my grill. Teak is the only wood for these very wet climes, and this one has all the signs of being a good, quality piece of outdoor furniture. The stain is evenly applied and the entire piece is sanded so well that the top is actually flat and I won't have to worry about snags in my clothing when using it. It is attractive enough for indoors too. As others have noted, this does not fold flat. There is a scent of wood stain present that I expect will fade with exposure to the sun and fresh air. I don't have any issues with it being unsteady, and though my package didn't include instructions, with the little bit of experience I have with putting things together, I figured it out by referencing the Amazon photo. Very please with the value.

Great occasional table for outdoor, patio or indoor use Table surface is twice the size of a TV tray table and the foldable base is very sturdy, no shaking at all. Yes this does not fold flat. I will be sanding this top and side and coating it with a marine-type clear finish as soon as my wife stops using it as a side table next to her living room chair, which at this point may not be until spring as winer weather is coming on.The build was easy enough, I'd recommend you test screw each paired pivot bolt and inset to make such the thread alignments are good, and so that your fingers understand the feel of the tightness of the insetting pivot bolts.

I spent a long time looking for just the right table to use while grilling and this fits the bill perfectly. I wanted something I could leave outside most of the year but fold up to store protected under the roof overhang while not in use. It's the perfect height and holds my tray with grill tools, a platter, and of course the necessary glass of wine to accomodate the grilling process! Very sturdy, but simple enough to fold up and open for use. Can't speak to the assembly because I did not put it together.

This table was not worth the money. We chose it because of the size and the color looked like it would go with the patio chairs we already have. The color is a little red, but still looks nice. However, it is poorly constructed. Even after we used our own tools (not just the allen wrench provided) to try and fix it, it came out wobbly. One of the screws didn't even have a hole for the allen wrench to go in so we needed pliers to try and screw it in. Highly recommend picking another table.
