This ball works as intended. It seems to be well made. Made of some type of plastic I think. The ball came fully charged and worked right out of the box. Click the button and it turns on. It bounces slightly and rolls along the floor. It doesn't move on plush carpets. You need to use it on very light carpet or floors only.My dog wasn't interested in it too much. She played with it for a few minutes the first day I gave it to her but hasn't shown anymore interest in it unfortunately.I'm still giving this item 4 stars because it works well.I can't say how long this will last since my dog didn't play with it too much. But, to put my dog's size into perspective - she's an 80 pound dog and to me, this ball was fairly small, much smaller then a tennis ball. She did toss it around a few times and when it landed, it kept rolling. She seemed to enjoy just holding the ball in her mouth while it vibrated and bounced around. Besides that, it didn't seem to entertain her too much. Also, the ball only makes a little noise as it moves across the floor. I am not sure how the battery life is, as I've only had it on for about a total of 20 minutes so far.Due to the size of this ball, I would say this might be better for smaller dogs and/or cats that are 30 pounds and under.I do plan on keeping this ball and trying it with her some other day.

Bought this for our dogs and my medium sized dog (~40lb heeler mix) LOVED it. She would chase and chew and bounce this thing around. It really kept her focus and kept her occupied.Unfortunately, it just couldn't hold up to the 'chewing' portion. While we tried to take it away from her whenever she would settle in to chew it, she ultimately got through the outer skin pretty quickly (inside a week) and we couldn't risk her playing with it anymore after that. So, if you have a dog that isn't a chewer or a smaller dog that can't get a good amount of force to bite/crush through the skin, it's a great toy to keep them entertained. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere.

This toy arrived quickly and without damage.Material quality is questionable. It does not feel like it would hold up to dog strength chewing. The vibration is harsh and my dog has absolutely no interest in it.Would I buy this again, No.I use Amazon reviews every time when considering a product purchase. Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, no hesitation recommending or using.4 Stars: Good product with some limitations, could be improved.3 Stars: Fair product, can be made to work if your put your mind to it.2 Stars: Not very functional.1 Star: Don’t bother, it might even be painful.

Fun active toy. I wish it was a little larger, and it might be too small for large dogs (my dog is small). It's easy to activate, and lasts long enough for a play session. My dog loves these active toys, but then gets bored so it's nice to have different ones to swap out.

I didn't let my dog use this toy because it vibrates so hard that I really think it has the potential to loosen teeth. There's no setting to turn it down/make it vibrate less often, and there's nothing that stops it once you pick the ball up (like some sort of sensor that would keep it from vibrating in your dog's mouth). I set it on the floor, and my dog was afraid of it. The force with which it hits the floor (carpeted or hardwood) is loud, so if your dog is skittish then it likely isn't for them...though I'd argue it isn't for anyone's dog. The material it's made from reeks of harsh chemicals, and it has a shell you need to remove in order to charge it; it has potential to split while your dog plays with it, and they could swallow something inside it -- there's even a warning about that inside the box. It's a bit bigger than a golf ball, smaller than a tennis ball.My dog hates it, I think it would damage her teeth, and I don't trust what it's made from. I'd avoid this toy if I were you.

This ball is so tiny! I didn’t realize how small it would be but its like the size of two gumballs lol. I have a bulldog so I have to sit and make sure he doesn’t swallow it. It seems sturdy and like he wont be able to get to the battery. Fun to watch
