This worked well for removing the leaves from the bottom of my pool.I did find it difficult to open the inner lid at first.For a tip i found that if you sad some o-ring lubricant to the lid, it opens much more easily.I'll need to see how it holds up after a season, but it appears to be strong enough. It is made of a heavy type of plastic.I can now collect more leaves, not needing to clean it out as much, compared to my filter basket.

We had a clog in a line so we bought this to prevent another clog. This works well. Easy to dissemble to clean out. I've had this over a year and it's still holding up well.

inally, a pool accessory that doesn’t crack after one season! The sturdy construction handles oak leaves and pine needles from my backyard like a champ. Even my kids’ pool toys accidentally sucked in didn’t damage the mesh. Worth every penny for durability alone.

The transparent design is genius. I can see exactly when it’s time to empty the basket without guessing (because let’s face it, nobody wants to check manually). Works perfectly with my Hayward vacuum, and installation took 2 minutes. If you value hassle-free solutions like I do, this is a no-brainer.
