YES!!! Finally that P0420 check engine light went away and my 2005 Toyota Celica passed it’s smog!!! Would recommend to another fellow 05 Celica owner. We reset the engine light after cut and weld installation and drove the car for 2.5 weeks to get the ignition monitors to fully reset 🟢.

It is now installed on my Scion XB car. It needed some adjustment/cutting and welding.It helped to solve the problem caused by the previous catalytic convertor.

After weeks of searching for a great deal on my cat I almost gave up because either it was expensive or not California compliant. It was super frustrating but I kept searching and boom!!!! I found this one!!!. Crazy thing is it was even on the mopar website. I just didn't trust that mopar had faster shipping than amazon so I ordered here. It arrived in like two days and fit perfectly. I passed my smog and FINALLY got my tags lol. I’m gonna order the other one after the holidays for sure because it keeps fouling my freakin 02 sensor.

Turned off trouble light with obdII and it stayed off this time (over 500 miles ago). Took part to muffler shop and got it welded on for about $150 (prices may vary). Smog test is pending by my OBD II reader says there are no codes pending. 240,000 miles on the car.Update:. PASSED SMOG CHECK!
