Go to walker ws and print numbered step sheet. Was pretty strait forward and not very difficult to do on my 87 Toyota carb. I soaked my three sections in pinesol over night without plastics. Cleaned up and runs well. Take lot of pictures of vac lines and push assemblies before! Also use a sectioned tray and keep parts from each step labeled for less confusion during reassembly!!!!

This is a pretty concise carburetor kit. And it fits a number of other applications. So, there are some extra pieces that will not be used. Which actually worries me some times. Having parts left over, might mean something else.I rebuilt the carburetor on a 1985 Toyota 22R. It was a fairly tricky carburetor to reassemble. I can see why Fuel Injection systems quickly followed these models. There is a multitude of functions this carburetor has to perform to adhere to the equipped smog system. So, detailed attention of every lever, spring and function has to be considered.It does come with a standard parts blow up drawing, but taking pictures as it was being disassembled certainly helped. Something you might consider if this is a first time thing.I've rebuilt over a hundred carburetors, sometimes a number of them at the same time, you just have to know how they function and pay attention to every part. And this carburetor.... a little more so.

I bought this for my Toyota 1984 pickup with a 22R engine. Its a good kit with one exception...VERY POOR instructions. Its basically one page with a schematic blow up of all the part on the carb (which there are a lot of) would have been helpful to have better step by step instructions. Other than that It seems to be a good kit, but dont buy if you're not a mechanic. Not very good for DIY.

Good parts and all of the parts needed to rebuild. But I had to knock off one star as the instructions were not great. Only had a picture could use either use instructions or better exploded view
