I have been searching for a product that was versatile, durable, and could reach my Hugh vaulted ceilings! After many fails, this product finally achieved my goal. It was very easy to assemble out of thr box. Easy to disassemble to store, also. It attacks dust and all the accessories make it versatile for scrubbing too! They stay on it very well too. I had something stuck on my wall, probably from my yucky and sticky kiddo hands, and it got thar too! It truly works as it says! I may have to a set for others as gifts. Photo to show how I was able to dust my TV and clean my vaulted ceilings! Definitely worth the purchase!

I loved how quick it was to clean the walls and baseboards a job that typically would of took me 2-3 hours took me less than an hour. After the first couple uses the pole started coming off the head so its Been hard to use it. I was managing then the entire pole snapped on me. I would love to buy a new one but not this one. Maybe on that more durable, stronger.

I love that this product extends so long that I can wash and dust the walls and ceilings in my stairways with out a ladder. With the sturdy handle it doesn’t lose pressure and gives a great clean.

Go to the dollar store as you will receive a better quality item. This is terrible. The rod that is for the handle and the rod for the mop head doesn't attach to anything securely. It simply gets placed on gently which isn't helpful at all as it makes the whole system fall apart when in use.

I got these mostly for cleaning my solar panels.Living in an area with little rain, the solar panels accumulate a lot of dust, sticky pollen, bird droppings and such and just hosing them off occasionally leaves a lot of grime. My old tool was just a bit too short, but the length of this item is perfect for some light scrubbing!I am not sure about the durability of the plastic parts. For example there is a small molded knob on the pole tip that can be snapped to a matching hole in the triangular head for storage. That small knob was already broken off on arrival, rattling around in the box (see picture). Well, it seems quite useless and not really needed but could indicate that the plastic is not of the highest quality. Unfortunately, they never specify the type of plastic they are using. We'll see after a few more uses how it holds up.Similarly, the squeegee blade does not really fit well into its groove and slides out with basically no resistance. I recommend to wrap e.g. some electrical tape before inserting for a more positive fit. The page says that there are supposed to be 3 squeegee blades, but I only got one. This blade also cannot be left in place if we use the thicker mop pads, because they interfere with the attachment. The thinner pads attach with Velcro and don't have that problem. Three extra Velcro strips are included in case they ever need to be replaced.Out of the box, the thick pads seem to contain a lot of loose fiber bits and I would recommend to shake them outside before first use. I made the mistake of opening the box inside the house and was greeted with a cloud of tiny flying fibers....
