This headset has held up well after 5 months with no issues. The sound is good and the headphone pad doesn't hurt my ear while allowing me to hear things going on around me.

Been using for a yr and it does the job. Customers do say something’s they hear static or choppy but that could be just my work vpn.

volume for the listener on the other end is the same as the telephone handset I use it with.

I was trying to find a wired headset that had a clear microphone to talk on the phone while driving because it’s required to have something hands-free. I finally found something that was clear and worked with my iPhone 15 after trying a couple other headsets.
