These scope mounts are definitely on the heavier side, but honestly, that’s one of the things I like about them. As soon as you take them out of the box, you can tell they’re built to last. The machining is clean, no rough edges or sloppy tolerances If you're doing a lightweight build, these might feel a bit overkill. But if you want something tough, solid, and dependable for a working rifle or a hunting rig that might get knocked around, these are perfect

I liked these and they worked well with my needs on this air gun.I generally use Talley & Leupold but these seem to be quite nice too.

I have Warne rings on several of my rifles now. They're the only rings I'll use on a new rifle. I do have the Burris Zee Rings on other rifles, and they work well also. I just know the Warne rings will always be stable.

These rings are great quality and easy to install. I am using these on a Rem 700 Acton 20 MOA base with a Burris RT25 5-25/56. Plenty of room for scope caps and keeping the optic low enough to the action.

I was somewhat amazed at how heavy these steel mounts were. But I think their design is superior, and the notch on the bottom to secure it firmly to the Picatinny rail is a nice feature. One thing is for sure. You can't go wrong with Warne scope mounts. These are really solid. Highly recommended.

You don't buy steel because it's light. You buy it because it's strong. These were inexpensive, very well machined with good surface finish, and versatile.I like steel on steel for holding optics, and the built in recoil lugs do a good job of keeping everything snug.A couple hundred rounds of .308 later, they're doing fine.Buy with confidence.

What can you say? They are Warne scope rings and that means quality. They are made of steel so they are a little heavier than aluminum but the fit and finish are top notch just like all of Warne’s products. Proudly made in the USA.I’ve been using the vertical split rings for a long time and they are great but I needed some I could leave attached to the scope and swap between different rifles. These fill the bill.
