I ordered this for some casual jewellery making and it’s been great. The cord is strong but still easy to work with, I’ve used it for bracelets, wrapping small presents, It knots well and doesn’t fray too easily.It comes on a spool, which helps keep things neat and stops it getting tangled. You can cut it easily and seal the ends with a lighterI love the colour , a sort of wine red , almost brown. It looks and feels like professional bracelet cord.All in all, it’s a good, multipurpose cord . Ideal if you like a bit of crafting or need something practical around the house.You get 175 yards , quite a bit it’s thick on the spool, so just under ten pounds seems good value at this quality.Recommended

The M METERXITY Waxed Polyester Cord is perfect if you like to make macrame jewelry or friendship bracelets. I use this waxed cord for macrame and it works very nicely. Due to its size and texture, it's easy to knot it and pull it tight. I was very happy when I saw this because I was actually starting to run out of this exact type of cording!This waxed cord is actually a wonderful deal because you get tons for the price! I also use Chinese knotting cord, but I still prefer this because you get cleaner lines and it's much easier to handle. The 0.8mm one I got works perfectly for most regular sized beads as it's sturdy enough to withstand wear, but it also can accommodate most standard hole sizes. Overall, I highly recommend this cord and it's a great deal for so much of it!
