Been working out for years and this set caught my eyes recently. I normally wear gloves during my workout to protect my palms and the area where your fingers meet your palms. As I get older, have issues there as my skin starts to thin.Saw these as a way to protect my hands without having a glove that covers it completely.Thes work great for pulling exercises like pullups, Romanian dead lifts, or even arm curls. They fit with one finger loop and wrap easily around a barbell or dumbbell and protect the area where your fingers meet your palms. For pushing exercises such as bench press, not as well. The pads in my palms have gotten thinner over the years and lifting larger weights can get uncomfortable. The pads don't cover enough of the palm to be truly useful when it comes to exercises where the weight sits more on your lower palm. In fact the dges dig into my palm and leave a mark. They need at least an inch or more of material at the bottom. They do improve your grip greatly, and they are well constructed and should last for many years. The fact that you don't have material covering your whole hand is also nice. Just don't know if I will keep using them for my workouts because the palm is not completely covered.

These weightlifting grips are pretty cool. The palms of my hands sometimes get slightly shredded when lifting (dead lifts, clean/jerk, bench press, etc.). I don't want to wear full on gloves, so these grips take the place of gloves. You can take them off and put them on super quickly. This helps go from one exercise to another -with or without grips - very easily. These are good basic grips. I'm satisfied with them.

These are wider than other grips by about 1/4 in. They are comfortable to use and are thick enough to hold up well over heavy use. The width is important to me as I use loop bands and these grips are just wide enough so the band doesn't touch my palm. I wish they were another 1/4 in. wide to make use with loop bands even more comfortable.

The material and design of these pads are quite nice. They stay on and provide just the right thickness for weight training. They are also very portable, and easy to wash. However, even as a petite person, I find them short on covering the entire part of my palm that gets in contact with a barbell, which was the most important reason I got them.

These grips are a little stiff so its takes a bit to get used to them and actually get a good grip with them on. They wrap easily around my barbell and I mainly use them when I’m doing RDL variations and some upper body workouts. The rubber material is thick they seem like good quality are very lightweight and are comfortable.

These lifting grips definitely protect the palms well and offer solid anti-slip support. Just be aware—they make the bar feel noticeably thicker, which can lead to quicker forearm fatigue during workouts. Still a great option for palm protection.

These lifting grips surpassed my expectations, and I’m giving them five stars—here’s why.I tested them during bent-over rows, farmer’s carries, and lat pulldowns. Having seen complaints about twisting in similar but differently designed products, I was prepared for the same issue—but these proved me wrong. Thanks to the index finger attachment, they stayed in place for my entire workout. No slipping, no twisting—just a stable, secure grip..An unexpected bonus? The grips stayed attached to my hands between sets, eliminating the problem of setting them down and having to hunt for them again. But the biggest win? With an improved grip, I was able to engage the targeted muscles more specifically—especially during bent-over rows. The difference was undeniable. These will be a permanent part of my gym bag, and I’m happy to recommend them.

These weightlifting grips are a fantastic alternative to traditional workout gloves. Made of durable, flexible rubber, they provide excellent palm protection while enhancing grip during heavy lifts. The ergonomic design allows for breathability, keeping your hands cool and dry without restricting your fingers. The non-slip texture ensures a secure hold on weights, preventing slips even during intense workouts. Whether you're into bodybuilding, strength training, or cross-training, these grips provide the necessary support and comfort for a variety of exercises. High-quality, versatile, and effective—definitely a great addition to your gym gear.
