The fabric is stretchy but the color is very ugly, a shiny metallic color that i thought from the picture would be nice but in person it's not. The hat fits nothing like how the picture looks. The picture makes it look like a crown of cloth but the hat looks very confusing. I can't even describe it. The jewels on the hat is very cheap looking and glued on. Usually it doesn't matter what I get, I can be creative and make it something appealing, I'm still working on this one unfortunately.
