This crochet shrug works well alone, with a swimsuit, or over a shirt/dress. It is so versatile you can pretty much pair it with anything! The crochet pattern on this bolero cardigan is very feminine and classy. The scalloped edges are beautiful and overall the knit itself is well made. The adjustable tie helps to accommodate different styles and bust sizes. It's 60% cotton which I love because it's super breathable and comfortable. The shoulders are a bit tight so if you are between sizes I would recommend sizing up.

Ordered this for my wife and this is what she said “Such a beautiful top! One you can dress up or down! I’m 5’1 and 130lbs and I ordered a medium. The quality of the crochet is very nice and thicker(not too thick where it’s warm). You can dress it up or down. Excited to wear it this summer! The white color is beautiful!”

I got this to wear over my Spaghetti Strap Dress that is black with white polka dots to give it a more elegant look for when I wanna take it up a level. I love the crochet pattern this has. It's very lovely and cute imo. It's exactly what I wanted for this Summer with some events I am attending. It doesn't make me feel hot or sweaty and breathes real well imo. I got the size L which fit me perfect. If you prefer a more loose fit then I do recommend going up a size. I'm in between L and XL and it was just right for me personally with this size L. A lot would depend on the body type too imo with sizing. I'm really happy with this and I did not have any sew imperfections or quality issues whatsoever. I do recommend this and Hope this was Helpful.

The pictures made it look nice than it is in person. Not completely sold on this top. The fabric feels rough and thick and the crochet look isn't the cutest. I'm sure if it were paired with the right outfit it would look cute, I just haven't found it yet.

I thought it could only be worn over something but it's woven tightly enough and closes completely over my 36D chest which was a nice surprise. It could be worn as a flirty little top on a date. It only ties at the top, not the waist so the possibility of stomach showing remains, but it's not indecent. It would be pretty by itself or over a tshirt or dress. It's not expensive looking but it's not cheap looking either and it's cute. Don't size up or it will get too boxy, but as it it's just boxy enough for a bolero or Audrey Hepburn afternoon tea effect.to be just right..I

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and style of this top. It fit me perfectly according to the size chart given. I am 5'7, 126 lbs and I got a size small. It fits me perfectly. The only very small things I would say are that the tie part is only one thread on each side, so that could be very precarious long-term and may come apart or not last. In addition that thread did not have any type of cap or seal on the end, so I felt it would fray. I tied them in a knot so they would not come apart. Lastly I would note that the sleeves do fit me pretty snugly. I do not have tiny arms, but I would not say they are overly large either (I go to the gym so they are not super skinny). If you have issues with sleeves being too tight, or you don't like that, you could need to size up.The fabric is nice and a good coverage for a crochet. I got the black, and I think it is versatile and can be dressed up or down. It is not too hot and I think can be worn in several seasons.Really cute top and I am pleased with it!

This little bolero is cute, nice cotton-y feel. I ordered a Medium, I'm 5'7" and weigh 130. Usually wear a M, or size 8 top. This one was a little snug. I washed it and hung it to dry, and it didn't seem to shrink. However, the size chart is actual measurement of the garment, NOT your bust. You have to add in your own "ease", and for this type of item you need 2-4 inches. Since you're also wearing it over other clothing, take that into account. My bust over the tank I'm wearing in the photos is 38", so the 39" it actually measures is skimpy. Also, the shoulders on the Medium are about1.5 - 2" too narrow for my shoulders. The armholes are snug, and don't stretch far because it's the nature of the yarn and crochet pattern.I got it to go over some athletic dresses to cover my shoulders so they look better when going out in public. I think it will work OK, I stretched it before it dried so it will do, but I think I'll try the white one in a Large.UPDATE: I got the white bolero in a large, and the 4th pic shows the difference in size. The arm edges on the large are not binding, like the medium is, and the length difference is about 3 1/2". Perhaps the medium they sent me was mis-tagged and is really a small - it's a pretty big difference overall. I'll post again after I've washed the white one, but first impression is that the large will be much more comfortable and is the appropriate size.

This shrug/bolero is soft, comfortable, and well-made. The scalloped edges add so much charm to the garment. The sizing is just right. I ordered the black so I can get more use out of it, wearing with spaghetti strap summer dresses and strapless winter dresses. My photos show details, including the scalloped edges and the tags, which are white and show through, but can easily be removed. I also plan to add a few beads to the crocheted tie closure, just to give it a more substantial appearance. Also, to prolong the life and integrity of hand-made garments, I would recommend always hand-washing and air-drying flat. I highly recommend this sweet piece.
