This is a very comfortable dress and is nice and stretchy. I could definitely sit around in it all day long. My issue is that it's tight and shows every last curve I've got, which I don't like. But the fabric is super soft and is not uncomfortable at all. I ordered a 2X. I'm 5'8" and weigh 245 pounds. If you're skinny, it would look great, but on curvy girls like me, not so much. If it was more appealing for my size/shape, I'd have given it five stars.

I was excited about this when I first got it. It’s very comfortable and I like the length, the slit, and the pockets. But it doesn’t wash up very well. After two washes, it looks like it’s been washed 100 times. The black color is completely faded. It’s comfy to wear around the house but disappointed it didn’t last longer.

This is an attractive and colorful maxi dress. The cut is loose and flowing and the material is very stretchy and comfortable. I washed it in cold water and line dried and it dried beautifully.

A soft feeling material in a great cut. The fabric is breathable and has a quality feel to it. The color was exactly as depicted (navy blue) even allowing for screen calibration etc. The fit is very flattering on a 5'7" 140lb wearer. It is a great casual dress that toss and go out.

I really wanted to like this dress but there are too many issues with the fit and how it is sewn. The fabric looks like a velveteen but is a very nice polyester spandex knit. The neckline has a banded collar that is shortened with a minimal v-opening below it that it is nearly choking. The nice feature of the dress is it has a band across the underarm so that undergarments are not revealed; the band above the arm hole opening, making it a faux cap sleeve is not shaped at the shoulder and thus, sticks up for pointy shoulders. The nice large pockets also flare out as points on the hips because they are placed too high and the material across the abdomen is a bit snug, forcing the pockets to flare open. The length of the dress falls about 4" above the ankles on a tall woman. There are the usual nuisance side slits that open just above the knee line. The dress feels comfortable to wear although it is not structured for a woman with any curves, for a very unflattering appearance. Unfortunately, there are too many areas with flaring or pointing bits and construction issues, that I can't wear the dress; and I certainly don't want to take it apart and sew it properly.

I want to start with the "bad" to get that out of the way. I washed the dress as per the instructions, dried on low heat, and turned it inside out. It didn't shrink, however, the black background came out looking like a black t-shirt does after it's been washed a few times. It's still black, just washed out somewhat. That said, I love the cut, the pockets, (yes, I said it) the knee-length side slits on both sides, and the fabric. It is very soft, just like T-shirt material , with a little more structure in the bust/collar/arm area, and then super-flowy as it transitions to the waist/skirt portion.I ordered the small, and I'm 5'2. It sweeps the top of my feet, making it longer than I'd like. The waist/bust area is somewhat large for my B-cup, so I cinched it in the back and it looks pretty good. The belly area is forgiving if you got a little pot there, but I would recommend measuring height and bust before ordering. The under arm area has neat triangular panels so there are no bra-peeping gaps to worry about, and then the cut of the arm and collar area give the dress an oriental look, which my husband really likes. Given that it's made of stretchy T-shirt material, it's a more casual dress, maybe for a day on the boardwalk, or shopping with the girls, or an outdoor barbecue. It's really comfortable, and I will be wearing it a lot this summer, as it's very breezy and cool. Perfect for sitting on my pool deck after the sun goes down.
