The white marker that comes with the sign does not write well on the wood. The marking is very faint and does not show well, so make sure to bring an alternate marker. Other than that, the sign is well made and very cute.

Super cute but we couldn’t use in the end as we wrote his name on it with the pen and you literally couldn’t see what has written, just a really faint white ink that wouldn’t come off to redo with a different pen. Gutted as this would have been beautiful in his hospital photos.

The sign itself is nice but the white marker pen came broken inside the package and does not work. It's completely dried up. So now I have to spend more money and time on getting a marker pen.

Loved aesthetic of this birth announcement sign, especially the rainbow. It does come with a marker, but it didn’t work super well to write in birth information. I used a sharpie instead. Good quality, vibrant colors. Overall very happy with this product!
