They fit really nicely and the velcro wrist strap adds some adjustability and enables them to stay securely in place.The padding on the upper palm is nice and helps keep a good grip on bars. I was really interested how the gel pads would work, and they are such a nice, comfortable squish. These will definitely save my hands from blisters and slips from my sweaty palms.I am only a little disappointed that the stitching on one of the palms of the gloves is already coming loose (it's a little hard to see), so a little extra attention paid to the construction would have been beneficial.

I got these to protect my palms while lifting weights, the metal grip on the bars of the weights have been causing caluses on my palms.These gloves are not only comfortable, but they function well too. They allow for the same amount of grip, but without the damage to my hands.These are a must-have for weight lifters, they will definitely be staying in my gym bag!
