I really prefer these half enclosed stainless steel litter boxes for my large cats. They tend to pee high on the sides and I don't have to worry about that will this litter box. The step on the front also ensures that the cat scoots all the way into the litter box to pee so it doesn't drip down the front. The plastic top doesn't detract from the space in the litter box, if that makes sense. I really appreciate that it comes with a litter mat and also a scooper. These are my favorite kinds of litter mats as well.

We have tried dome cat litter boxes, enclosed, never fails they kick it out, it's everywhere, or they just stand on the side and it doesn't go in the box. This box is high enough they can't "miss" and the mat is helpful with the litter they might manage to kick out.It looks great! The design is sleek and wouldn't make any room look bad because of the kitty liter box there. Just this alone is a plus, if you don't have an enclosed room for yours.

This litter box looks awesome! I really liked that it came with its own waste basket collector and a mat.It was super easy and simple to put together. The cover just snaps on with ease. The waste basket catches all the big and small clumps of litter.I have 2 large cats and they both fit just fine.Love it!

My cat is not very big but when she gets in that litter box, you can't tell. She's constantly kicking litter out of the box so I needed something bigger. She jumped right in, inspecting it and marking it as hers, as soon as she saw it. This stainless steel box is great. It's large and it looks really nice. The included mat is a good size and will help to keep the area cleaner.

This litter box is enormous! Photo compared to my old one is included (ignore the litter). I got this because my senior cat struggles a bit with the smaller one and I thought more surface area for him to move around in might help. I’m not using the lid (because of said senior kitty) but it’s really nice. I didn’t realize this set included a mat to capture litter and a really nice scoop! Highly recommend this kit.

I was tired of how difficult it was getting to clean out our cat's old plastic litter box. No matter how hard I scraped and scrubbed it never got clean enough to eliminate the odor and stains that build up over time. So I decided to try this stainless steel box.This litter box has a much sleeker look that doesn't stand out like a eyesore like our old blue plastic one. The old one did have a full cover, which I liked because it hid the messy litter inside. Even though the product name uses the word "enclosed" it's clear to tell from the pictures that it only has tall sides and is open on the top, which made me a little skeptical. I have it in the corner though, so the tall sides still help hide the litter unless you're right in front of it.The stainless steel scoop is nice and should be much easier to clean gunk off than our old plastic one. It's nice that it hangs on the side so I can keep it nearby and handy.I thought our old litter box was on the large side, but this one is even bigger so I did have to find a new location where I have more space for it. I also had to double the amount of litter I put in it (from 11 lbs to 22 lbs).The 2-layer mat it comes with is different than what I've used in the past, so hopefully it works better and makes it easier to clean loose litter that escapes on the cat's paws.Overall, it's a nice box and the stainless steel is easy to wash clean and wipe dry when necessary. It should last a lot longer than our plastic one. If you're ok with an open-top litter box this could be a good choice, and the included mat and scoop are a plus!

This litter box really cleaned up a pretty nasty aspect of our indoor cats! They love the privacy of the raised sides and the front step, that also allows litter to drop off their paws and back into the box BEFORE scampering off [we have hardwoods and it used to be audible...eww!] The added litter mat is perfect and wire scoop is durable and solid. We have 3 cats and this has been serving all very comfortably!

This large litter box is very sturdy and easy to clean. I think the stainless helps keep smells down, too, as the smell doesn't soak into the plastic like other litter boxes. It is large enough for a 2 cat household and easy to pour into the top, yet has higher sides to keep the cats from kicking the litter out and making a mess. Would recommend!
