These are the only socks I've tried that actually come up mid thigh for me as someone with thick thighs. The socks aren't too thick so I can wear them in warmer months too. They were a little big for me and rolled down a bit while wearing them to right under the knee. Wish there were more color options!

I have thicker thighs that normal thigh highs don't fit me. I wear a size 12 and I thought for sure these would fit. Taking them out, they are SUPER THIN. once I put them on, they reached about mid thigh. Looked ok, until I moved and they immediately started rolling. If you're planning on not moving at all, these would work great for you. They won't stay up if you are walking or just standing from sitting.

For starters I am 5’0 and 240 lbs. So, plus size. These go all the way up to my butt cheek (thank god cause that’s what I was going for) BUT they are snug and slightly sheer from stretching.Now for the big question. Do they roll? Simply put? Yes. They roll. But if you’re like me and you have that little indent on your thigh where your jiggly skin stops then they catch on that 😅Over all they are cute & I prob won’t use them outside the bedroom anyway. So 4/5 from me!

I am a big tall girl. Like a size 28. Big thighs. NO "over the knee" socks fit me.First, out of the bag, these are so soft and warm.Then, they are long enough to reach above my knee.Then, they are wide enough to go above my knee and not bind or do that popping thing where the top seam rips out when you stretch it.Lastly, the garters are actually cool - though I won't try and wear them so high, since nothing stays up on the thigh like that on me, but i will wear them above the calf to hold these that high. They are well made, solid and look like they'll last well, the elastic is satin-covered and has good heavy duty stretch and they are SUPER adjustable (They fit above my calves fresh out of the box and they can adjust well over another SIX INCHES in circumference, if necessary).Overall, really nice for the cold coming winter. If you can't find long socks that fit, pair these with your favorite woolie footies.
