I installed this on a '02 Yamaha 660 Grizzly ATV.The good: The Grizzly runs just OK with this carb and it did fit with no issues. The bad: There is a bit of a dead spot in the acceleration curve at the lower RPMs. It leaks gas all over the place due to the float not having been adjusted properly at the factory. The little triangular cover over the throttle cable assy was not drilled out quite right and had to be forced to fit.A Mikuni this is most certainly not. I am not going to say the usual "it works good 'for the money'" because I don't care if it was 10 cents or 700 dollars, it DOES NOT work as it should. Being cheap is no excuse.I can afford a new or rebuilt Mikuni but many cannot. People should be able to buy a cheaper carb that works as advertised. This is a cheap carb and works like a cheap carb - not well. Maybe some of the other cheap carbs are OK, but I am not buying any more to see. I will rebuild and reinstall the Mikuni, which will work perfectly and not leak gas all over the garage floor. I thought I would try to save a few bucks, apparently I never learn.

This product worked as a bolt on, only had to turn the idle screw half a turn to raise the idle. Runs great and the air filter actually fits even though it needs a good deal of stretching to fit. Very pleased with this product. One year later it still works well.

Same complaint as everyone else, tried everything possible with this carb and it’s impossible to remove the bogginess from this carb, putting the old carb back on.. What a waste of money.

I installed the carburetor on a 2002 Big Bear 400 used the fuel filter and clamps supplied, hardest part was to get the throttle cable clip back into it's place, I used the choke valve suppled it had a machined fit so there was no O-ring to go bad like the original. I didn't change any jets like multiple people had suggested in reviews I read prior to purchasing the carb and I didn't make any adjustments to the low speed idle jet adjuster, I did adjust the idle adjuster that is on the cable, my ATV now runs and idles smooth, choke works well and with the fuel filter installed I'm confident no more contamination will get to the jets in the new carb, excellent price, great product

Buying this carburetor is a waste of time and money. This vendor's carburetor is nowhere near factory specs or even quasi OEM quality. Here is why...This 2006 Yamaha Rhino 660cc carborator came assembled incorrectly, with the acceleration cable mechanism on the carburetor reversed - so that the cable would have had to be fed from the back, which is not possible and opposite of what is correct. All the manufacturer would have had to do is look at a real Rhino carb to easily see the blatant errors just visually. We had to rebuild this carburetor by pulling off the accelerator and spring mechanism on this carb and turn it around 180 degrees so the acceleration pedal cable could attach from the front of the Rhino like it's supposed to.This carburetor came with no instructions and no contact info or labels on the small parts included. Also, once installed, we found there was NO fuel jet inserted into the carburetor, or any instructions regarding such, which is a fun surprise after spending an hour putting it on and then have to take it off again to put a jet in WHICH IS UNDERNEATH THE CARBURETOR.My recommendation after having dozens of Yamaha ATVs for 20 years is to stick with the factory carburetors, and rebuild it if necessary and forget the Chinese garbage. If you're riding your Rhino away from civilization, I would NOT trust this carburetor.Obviously, don't expect any quality control, rather just a crapshoot on whether it'll work or not.
