Why did you pick this product vs others?:Awesome chair!! Very comfortable and easy to assemble. Though the arms are a bit loose in it connected parts as the hardware is cheap and strips easily but they do provide 1extra hardware per size.

So I guess you always seem to gamble a bit hoping the package comes with no problems. Unfortunately for me, the top screw for the left armrest is too small because the female part (the hole where you screw in) is too deep. It just won’t tighten. I contacted customer support and hopefully can make this right. Aside from that the chair is pretty decent FOR THE PRICE…. when it doesn’t come defective.

You get what you pay for… The chair came in a box well packaged. Basically, for under $100 - is a good buy. I was expecting exactly what I got: a middle of the road chair, with a “life expectancy of no more than 2 years. For the price ($69) you can’t beat that. My only complaint is that the instructions are impossible to read / discern. The pictures are very dark and not very legible. So if you are not handy putting stuff together - this chair is not for you. I am attaching a pic of the instructions so you can judge by yourself. If it had clear instructions I would have rated this chair with 4 stars.

I bought this for my grandson and he loves it. It was easy for my son in law to out together too. It is quite comfortable to sit on and looks great.

Leider ein Totalausfall. No name Produkt made in China, aus Florida per FedEx verschickt. Karton war bei Erhalt ziemlich beschädigt. Kratzer auf dem Fußteil, an der "Kopfstütze" war das Gummiband zur Arretierung gerissen. Schlechte Verarbeitungsqualität, die Sitzfläche ist unzureichen gepolstert, die Rückenlehne läßt sich trotz angezogener Schraube nicht senkrecht stellen. Dafür lößt sich immer wieder die Schraube der rechten Armlehne, wackelt also ständig. Bereits nach ca. einer Stunde konnte ich nicht mehr sitzen, weil ich Schmerzen im Steißbein hatte. Keine Kaufempfehlung von mir. Geht zurück an Verkäufer.

La silla es de buena calidad, el asiento tiene medidas exactas, y por lo mismo los laterales se hacen incomodos, además de que son de metal y no están acolchonados de manera adecuada lo cual a la larga es incomodo e incluso peligroso, si eres delgado quizás esta sea tu silla. Lo soportes son buenos.

For the price of the chair right around 200 bucks I mean I guess you can't complain if you want something really comfortable for hours on end sitting at a workstation or gaming you're not going to really be comfortable unless you're super thin and you apply the cushions in the right area below the buttocks and upper thigh areas very minimal cushioning, I was actually surprised because the look of the gaming chair seems to be plush padding but looks can be deceiving from the wild array of red and black color coordination, the chairs of the arm kept coming loose no matter how much I torque the bolts down so I literally just took the arms off because of how frustrating it is, all in all it's decent but even my old chair that this replaced is still more comfortable in the buttocks area then this chair it's almost like no padding on the buttocks area, so if you're a person that has a larger than normal buttocks not like smaller than average petite you're going to have a major issue with this chair your buttocks and your hips will not fit and between the lateral support in this chair more like a race chair bucket seats, so I'm actually going to take off the three stars and turn it to one because I did purchase the upgrade my previous chair that's falling apart that looks very raggedy, but unfortunately since I'm a very tall thin guy the padding and the buttocks area is not sufficient enough for someone like me and the bigger you are and the more you weigh the more uncomfortable you'll be in this chair as far as a small child or a small boy it's probably perfect for them, so I'm going to be lowering my rating from 3 stars to one star because I feel like I just wasted $200 on a piece of hardwood with stapled fabricated pleather

Absolutely great chair for the price easy to assemthe only downside is the arm Material is rubbing off a bit from my son's lighting in-and-out of the desk But That the only bad thing I have to say about it

Can't really rate it for cmfort and such as it was bought for a Christmas gift. Can let you know after Christmas if they like it or not. It certainly looks good and feels as though it would be comfortable.
