I use this with my ipad and the hinge on it is breaking, This happened wit the last one i had also, It lasted about 2 years, Thiis one is only 9 months old and for the price, I feel it’s not holding up.Is there any type of replacement or refund available?

You can spend more for a hard case, but this is a very functional low-cost option. The keyboard takes getting used to - it's smaller than a standard laptop or desktop keyboard, but once your fingers get accustomed to the spacing it's fine for short messaging (I wouldn't want to write an essay with it).The hinge is sturdy and gives you lots of viewing angle options. This is the 2nd ZAGG case I've bought; the first one lasted through more than a year of very hard use (even surviving grandchildren!).

This is the fourth type of keyboard case I've bought for my iPad, and I love it so much! The keyboard is smooth and easy like butter. It connects exactly like it should. The case fits perfectly, and I love how it looks. I love that it's purple!The case feels sturdy and safe for my iPad. It actually feels like I have a small, sleek laptop now. This keyboard case really is everything I hoped it would be.I saw some other reviews complaining about the holes for the camera, speakers, buttons, etc., being in the wrong places. I think those people must have bought the wrong version for their iPad. I have an iPad Air, and I bought an iPad Air case, and it's perfect.

I love this Ipad Air case, however, the keyboard stops working after a short time. My first Zagg folio last approximately 14 months, so I bought a replacement on November 30, 2018. The keyboard stopped working right after New Year’s 2019, so I returned it and requested another replacement, and got another Zagg folio. Yesterday, February 18, 2019, some of the keys stopped working again. This time, I decided to request a refund. But the return window closed February 5, 2019! So boo and bah humbug. I really, really like this case, but won’t buy another one.

I am new to writing reviews, however, I am not new to ordering from Amazon. With that being said, Purple is my favorite color and I have been looking for a good folio for my IPad Air, most of the ones I have used over the years, seem to become flimsy and not sit well while trying to use it. Just to clarify, the previous ones weren't hard cases with a keyboard. I received this folio yesterday and I love the color and I must say, it seems very sturdy and the keyboard is very nice and easy to use. Setting it up was very easy, I am 51 years old and I must admit, all this new technology is trying.. It's sad when your 15 year old Grandson has to teach you how to use your smart car.. Giggle. Anyway, anyone looking for a sturdy folio for an IPad Air, this is a good choice.
