Ordered a pair of replacements parts but had leakage issues with the breast shield body, contacted them for help & got sent a 2nd pair within a week. Still not fully satisfied with the product, but loved the customer service.

I used to love this pump when I first got it and after two months the parts went out. The parts on this are extremely hard to clean and the tubes easily get clogged with milk then they stink. DO NOT BUY THIS! When I ordered it, it came late even though I ordered it through my prime and it was supposed to be here the next day.. NOPE got notified of a 3 day delay. If your parts went out buy a different pump! You truly get what you pay for and this pump is the definition of that. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Came with all the peices. I like the sizes, I use this pump mainly at home and it's solid, no leaks, easy to clean, I sterilize it in the mr browns. No complaints. 5 months into breast feeding with these.
