I purchase this to replace Ryobi trimmer string. The quality of the Ryobi string has gotten progressively worse over the years and it has continued to get more expensive. I decided to take a shot on this and I'm very happy with it. It didn't break when I was weed eating like the Ryobi string did and it felt tougher as well. It cut through weeds quicker and easier than the Ryobi string that I had been using.

I like the fact that I can buy my ryobi weed eater string from Amazon and have it here within a day are two, and I can buy so many for such a small price and seems to be a good quality. And it definitely does the job.

It is very handy to have pre-wound cord for the weed eater. However, this brand is very brittle. It requires one entire spool plus some of second to finish my yard. I will try another brand.

Spool and cap fits perfect on my 18v ryobi weed eater. The cap fits tight because its new. Same cost or cheaper than re-spooling yourself without any hassel.

I like my battery-operated weed trimmer and this fills the bill. I have always had a problem with the trimmer line rapidly getting to short especially when using the trimmer as an edger. But that may just be due to operator head space & timing. It beats weeding by hand by a long shot.
