A house guest broke my Ninja glass carafe, ordered replacement through this seller and had the replacement, plus one extra, within two days. They were perfectly packed to prevent breakage, and we are sipping great coffee again! Thank you for the great service; highly recommended.

The replacement for the original Ninja coffee maker fits really good. It does its job holding hot coffee. I would have given it 5 stars but the lid is not wide. One would have to clean it with a cleaning utensil that reaches inside the pot. Other than that it does really good.

This carafe is impossible to clean due to the plastic top design. If you turn it upside down, it never dries due to water being unable to escape the plastic top framing. Almost impossible to clean the plastic top inside due to lack of room. Would not recommend purchasing

I thought this would be a good replacement, but I was wrong. It isn't easy to clean. I do use a bottle brush, but the opening is very small. It is already staining. I do wash it every day. The wood handle already looks well-used and is loose. I have tried soaking it, washing it, and even scrubbing it. I am still trying to get the coffee stain out. I have had it for less than a month.

The handle starting splitting after 4 months. My husband glued the handle to re enforce it. At 5 months the handle broke off and almost burned my husband as he was pouring a cup of coffee ! We hand washed it every time. I do not recommend this product at all!

It fits my Ninja coffee bar machine perfectly. The machine that has multiple cup and pot size settings, cold brew and hot, milk frother attached. No issues. It says to hand wash so not sure why people are giving reviews based on handle warping in dishwasher. I use a bottle or thermas brush to clean it. It is oddly shaped at the top, a hand and sponge won't fit thru, so being that it's hand wash only, you actually can't use your HAND, you'd eventually need a bottle brush to properly clean it. Or something similar. But IT FITS! That's all I care about.

Hubby had an accident and broke the carafe for our Ninja Brew Pro coffee/tea maker. This carafe is the only available replacement that fits the machine perfectly without purchasing from Shark Ninja which would end up costing over $100 cdn as its not available in Canada. This carafe does have the one downfall others have mentioned which is that the neck is much narrower than the original carafe, which makes it hard to clean. If you rinse out the carafe as soon as you are finished it does not appear to be a problem and have not had a problem with staining as some have had a problem with. Other than the narrow neck the carafe functions the same as the original with the added bonus of a fine filter for tea leaves etc., running down the middle of the carafe. The wooden handle is a nice touch, which feels pretty solid, but i would not put this item in a dishwasher, as the strong soap used would probably damage the handle after a while, but then i would never put a plastic handled carafe in the dishwasher anyway, so not a big deal for me. Update. This maybe a one off but the wood handle started to separate from the body of the carafe. It has been used once a day and not put in the dishwasher, just rinsed out. We have since glued the handle in place and it appears to have held. If not noticed this could have resulted in a nasty accident.

It fits my Ninja coffee maker & functions perfectly, but it is definitely not as high quality as the pot that originally came with it. I do not use the filter.The removable filter I received had a few loose metal threads just sitting in the bottom of it, several metal threads hanging out of the inner wall from the seam (pictured) & had a small dent about the side of a dime on the outside. I chose not to use it after seeing how poorly it was made & how loose the metal threads are.The carafe itself was in good shape when it arrived, but after using it a few times the glass was stained light brown from the coffee. No matter how much I scrubbed it with a bottle cleaner & dish soap it would not come off. I ended up having to soak it in bleach water to get the stains off. The carafe has such a small opening that you can not reach your hand in to clean it.Overall it works, but definitely not the best quality & is over priced in my opinion.*Last picture shows the metal threads after I cut them out.

A very nice coffee pot! The only negative is you need to have a hand held brush to clean below the drip lip. The design IS perfect for brewing coffee on a Ninja! The included strainer is clever too, keeps any grinds from the Ninja out of one's drinking coffee.

While I don’t typically write reviews, I feel the need to write one on this product. I was quite disappointed to see how small the actual removable lid is. This makes it extremely hard to clean the glass as even with a brush, it’s hard to get down to the bottom to clean thoroughly. Also, though the wooden handle is aesthetically pleasing, it slowly slides away from the base. I’m afraid that one day while grabbing a full pot of coffee, the handle will come right off. Sadly for the cost of this replacement pot, it’s definitely not worth buying.
