This scooter met all my expectations by eye, until the 2nd day of use. While riding through town it stopped twice and cut off the power. It turned back on both times, but still SCARY if riding with traffic. The next day it also cut off the power in the middle of riding and wouldn't turn back on for about 5 minutes.There's is no way to contact the seller for advice or even replacement parts if I need to replace something:(

This scooter is quick, with great ground clearance and surprisingly great brakes. I really enjoy the folding ability as well. I had a controller failure early in use, but the seller quickly sent me a replacement and simple instructions for an easy fix. Truly great customer service, and that gives me a lot of confidence in the reliability of the scooter.

I purchased this electric scooter and was excited to start using it. Unfortunately, as soon as I received it and installed the battery, I discovered it was damaged and not functioning properly. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and expectations set by the product description.I attempted to troubleshoot and ensure everything was connected correctly, but the battery simply does not work. As a result, the scooter is completely unusable.I am requesting a full refund or a replacement battery/unit as soon as possible. I hope the seller will stand by their product and resolve this issue quickly. I would be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed fairly.

My new electric scooter has been an absolute blast! It’s definitely a game-changer for my daily commute and weekend adventures.First off, the speed! This scooter goes up to 19 MPH and 23 miles of range which is pretty great, I can feel a nice breeze while I effortlessly weave through a traffic. The battery life is stellar too. I rode it these past couple of days around my neighborhood and hadn’t had to charge it yet so I never have to worry about running out of battery on my way to work or while exploring new cities.Let’s talk about the ride itself, it’s pretty smooth, I did feel a few bumps here and there but nothing major. I did expect this because It doesn’t have shocks so you will likely feel the bumps when riding it but the bigger tire size at 8.5” does help reduce it a little bit but I do have to say the tires handle bumps and cracks in the pavement like a pro.One of the coolest features has to be the smart App control. You can easily connect and operate many functions via this APP, such as lock/unlcok; set up customized max speed; cruise control, Non-zero start, etc. LED lights. Not only do they make riding at night safer, but they also give the scooter a futuristic, Tron-like vibe. I get so many compliments on the sleek design and the fun, bright colors.And let's not forget the convenience factor. Folding it up and carrying it on the subway or storing it when not in use. It’s lightweight yet sturdy, and the intuitive controls make it super user-friendly.Overall, this electric scooter has totally transformed how I get around. It’s environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and pure joy to ride. Whether it's for a quick grocery run or a joyride through the park, it can save you a lot of time and effort. This scooter is my new favorite companion. It’s definitely a must have. Highly recommend!
