The handle is very small, maybe for a child’s hand. These have black marks and dents.

Unable to use. They offer no resistance in the pool while trying to perform water aerobics. I tried the larger common dumbbell, the round ones… but they are way too heavy in the water. Tried the foam triangle weights that another lady uses and found them to be perfect.

5 days week I do. What are road d**** on my own at my pool? Where I reside? These are very lightweight, even in the water which is great. Because you don't feel the pull actually until you get out. I use them for my arms mainly and use them for other aerobic exercises that I do in the pool. I recommend this product and I loved these.
