Works with brother label maker.Better than wire wrap labels. Doesn't come off with age.

Prints fine with the label printer. It shrinks very easily with the very little heat.It is not very thick and does not have adhesive internally so, while great for labeling wires, it not a substitute for conventional quality heat shrink tubing where strain relieve and moisture sealing is important.

I don’t know why you would spend the money on the name brand version. These are just as good. The labels print nicely and the adhesive is pretty good.

I have my Brother printer since so many years. I was recently looking to purchase a printer for shrink wraps and surprise!, I notice those TZ shrink wrap tubings. I just completed some work where I used 2.5 cartridges and I have to say my legacy printer works perfectly well with those tapes. Printing is clear and the tube shrink easily with a flame and also with my SMD air blower soldering gun. Very happy with this purchase and I regret I did not see this earlier.

This heat shrink labeling tape really takes the guess work out of wiring when applied to your wires. It also shrinks around they wire adding an additional layer of corrosion resistance. Just make sure you know what size tape your labeling machine uses and order accordingly as there are many sizes available. My Brother machine did tend to waste more than I liked, but that was the machine and not the tapes fault.

This is a great help for electricians and hobbyists - now I learned that a regular PT-330/350 and PT1800 can print on the heat-shrink tube and I can clearly label the circuits! The smallest diameter (5.8mm) can be used on the wires with outer diameter of 2mm, and up to 4.5mm. The larger diameters are great for thicker wires. It was a surprise how the printer instantly recognized it.There were some reports that the text can be easily scratched - I tried to do it intentionally and it holds. However, as a precaution it may be good to use a clear heat-shrink tubing on top of the one with label.

The cartridge is exactly compatible with the listed Brother labelers, it just clicks straight in. The shrink tube quality seems decent, time will tell as to durability. Shrinkage was even in both directions, print was still clearly readable afterward. Good product at a third of the price of OEM cartridges.

I would say theses are a decent shrink tube tape. Of course when buying non-brother tapes your device will not automatically recognize the size or type, so you will have to adjust settings a bit. Overall it is decent and does the job. I have had a few moment where it did not print on the tube at first, but seems to be working fine after my first 2 attempts.

I was a little skeptical about using these since they aren't made by the manufacturer, but they work! The labels I have done so far came out perfectly. The only issue I see is when I go to cut the label with my printers built in cutter it cuts it so close to the lip of the cartridge that it may not feed properly on the next print. I made a habit of pulling a mm or 2 out of the cartridge before my next print. Haven't had any jams or misfeeds applying this method.
