Great substitute for the name-brand tape. Laminated. Works fine in our Brother P-Touch. Easy to install and fits well. We use these for plant marker labels and stick them to metal stakes. It'll be a few months before we can say whether they stick and stand up to the weather as well as the originals. A little hard to peel.

These replacement label tapes deliver high-resolution output with sharp black text on a white background, ensuring excellent readability. Print clarity remains consistent across multiple cartridges. The adhesive performs reliably across a variety of surfaces, maintaining secure attachment without curling or detachment over time—an issue I’ve experienced with some third-party brands.As with most Brother-compatible tapes, the label backing is somewhat difficult to separate, but this is typical and manageable with care. At a unit cost of $3.33, these cartridges offer strong value for both personal and professional labeling applications. I will continue to use and repurchase these as needed.

I’ve been using this tape in my label maker for a few days now, and I’ve gone through almost one full roll already. I usually label storage bins, small containers in the kitchen, and sometimes folders for work. I find this tape works fine with my machine, and I haven’t had any problems with loading it or printing. What I like is that it prints out clearly, and the text is easy to read even when I use smaller fonts. I tested the labels on different surfaces like plastic, cardboard, and glass jars, and they seem to stick well once they’re pressed down fully. I’ve wiped them with a damp cloth a few times, and they didn’t smudge or fall off, so that’s helpful when labeling things in the kitchen or near the sink. I also peeled one off a drawer after a few days, and it didn’t leave anything sticky behind, which I think is nice because sometimes older labels do. I carry my label maker to different rooms when organizing, and these tapes haven’t jammed or torn, which saves time. I keep the extras in a drawer, and since the packs are all wrapped, they stay clean. I can’t say how they hold up after several months, but so far, they’re doing what I need them to do, and I haven’t had to reprint anything yet.
