I wanted an extra charger for my hp computer and this one works great. It is just like the one my computer came with. It has a great cord length. This is the perfect price for a spare charger.

This works just fine with my laptop. I wanted an additional cable to be able to plug my computer in another place in my house. It is older and the battery isn't as good as it used to be. This has been working just like my other one. I am very satisfied with it.

I purchased this 45W Blue Tip Charger as a replacement for an older HP Pavilion x360 laptop charger, and I’ve been very satisfied with how well it performs. Our HP laptop just wouldn't turn on anymore, we thought it may be a battery issue. We replaced the battery and the laptop worked for that day, but wouldn't turn on the next day, even though it was plugged in overnight. We were ready to pitch the laptop, which is less than 3 years old, but I continued to research possible causes.A few sites/people mentioned the possibility of the power supply cord may be the cause. As a last resort I decided to try this charging block/cord to see if this would resolve the issue. I did take my time/care to make sure I ordered the correct one for my laptop model, ours required a 45W power supply with the blue tip cord.As soon as I received this power supply, I plugged it into the wall outlet, and then the laptop...BINGO, it started right up! I left the cord plugged to fully recharge the battery (which was a newly replaced one), which was basically at zero percent charge. The new cord quickly charged up the battery. I did leave the cord plugged in overnight to see if anything would discharge the battery like our old cord did. The next morning everything worked as it should, and the battery was fully charged.This cords' wall plug is a two prong vs the three prong plug on the original power supply. I actually prefer the two prong over the three prong plug, and don't notice and functionality difference.I believe this power supply saved our laptop from the recycle bin, but only time will tell for how long.

I would rate this 1 star if I can rule out the laptop isn’t functional. It hasn’t been turned on for ages. HP’s in my experience had a high failure rate on the laptops side. I’m still scarred from the dv2000 era!I was motivated to get this due to getting my hands on another aftermarket charger that blew my mind on quality. This was not the case here.The build feels really cheap. I wouldn’t spend anything more than $15 for this. I recalled the noises that would come out of the chargers of this caliber. Put my ear to it and there it is! That high pitched whiny sound that would make me concerned about aftermarket chargers.I couldn’t upload my video for some reason but there is a flashing charging light not sure it was due to the battery, but only a quick flash from the other lights in my attempt to turn it on.Again, I can’t fully vet the functionality besides the whining sound, so it wouldn’t be fair, but so far no power for a supported machine. I’m leaving it in for another 8 hours and then to the trash.

Absolutely perfect! I was visiting my family out of state, when I realized that I hadn't packed the cable for my computer. So I found this replacement on Amazon in a few minutes. It matched my specs exactly, and it showed up at our door in under 48 hours. It fit and worked seamlessly. Now we can share all the families' photos after all.This cable fit properly, it had the same color connector as my HP Envy 17m, didn't cause any overheating, didn't register as a low power cable by the system, no negatives at all. I couldn't be happier. Family reunion saved and photos/videos exchanged. A lot of people who never tried online buying were converted by this cable. It is a winner.
