These are great to get a customized fit to the flanges with your pumping machine. I did not know that you could get accessories like this for the flanges and they have been a game changer for my wife! High quality product that works great!

I was in the market for new Inserts and was excited to find a set with multiple sizes. I am a 15mm to 17mm depending on brand, and I learned the hard way that I cannot use the standard flanges that come with EVERY pump like women are all the same or something! If you don't have the exact size, you will not maximize your milk production, and you run the risk of losing your production or causing unnecessary pain. They fit great in the Spectra S2 flanges and work greatv with the pump. I'm not noticing any difference in suction or production. They are super easy to clean and sanitize, comfortable, and stay put once you get them in there. Having the range of sizes offers flexibility and personalization, which is so important when our bodies constantly change postpartum, and sometimes we need an adjustment. By having this set, you do not need to spend more money to buy more flanges. The price is really great when you compare it to other options. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and will recommend to all my friends and family who decide to pump!

These have been very helpful as my sizing needs have fluctuated throughout my breastfeeding journey. They are compatible with both of my pumps so it is nice to be able to just swap them over whenever I need.They are a very soft silicon and small so they travel easily.

I got these since my Spectra S2 only came with size 24mm and I need size 19mm. The 19mm fit nicely into the Spectra piece. I did try to put a 21mm in the Spectra piece and it didn't fit as well. Easy to clean with the rest of the pump parts.

Got these to use with pump that came with too large of flanges. These work great, they offer a great variety of sizes. Easy to clean and maintain. they are durable and comfortable. You can hardly tell they are there. All around a great bundle due to all it has to offer. Saved money on having to buy different size flanges and they fit most pumps.

I gave this three stars because the 21 mm flange that I am at this point in my monthly cycle is larger than the 21 mm flange that I have in two other brands. So while I haven’t used it yet, I’m fearful that it’s not the right size and it might lead to discomfort and pain while pumping. If you lean towards the larger side of the measurements for an insert, these will probably work fine, but I might have to size down to a 19mm when in my other inserts at this time I’m a consistent 21mm.

I have an s12 and these fit perfectly. I’ve had other flange inserts but these feel very thick and good quality. Also, despite their thickness, they fit into the pumps easily without me having to redo and adjust the inserts multiple times. I like that there are different sizes too so I can experiment (and for different sizes per side). Also, for those who don’t know their size, this is a good set w great variety to figure out what size you are!The inserts have the size numbers on there so it’s easy to figure out which ones are which.
