These filters are a perfect fit in my DuoTemp Pro, with almost no wiggling in the holder. I was also impressed that when I dropped one in water for the first time to prepare it to go into the machine there was no loose dust that came out at all. With other charcoal filters I have seen a lot of gray come out into the water, but not with this one.The only thing I see as a negative is that they came in completely unlabeled packaging with no instructions. Others that I have used in the past have had instructions like soaking the filter in water for 5 minutes before putting it in the holder/water tank. This was just 6 individually wrapped filters packed together in some plastic.

This review is for the Yieyosd brand of Breville espresso maker replacement water filters. One thing I noted after I bought the espresso maker was the instructions said not to fill with filtered water for best taste. Then why do they include one water filter with the machine? So you will buy more filters from them of course. I do fill with pre-filtered water from our fridge, and the taste is still pretty good. So I have no problem with third party replacements whether they have the same amount of filtration or not - as long as they fit. Given we have very soft water I'll probably say the same thing about the descaler tablets. So given the similar shape of these to the "official" filters, I highly recommend.

These charcoal filters are a perfect fit for my Breville espresso machine. Installation was quick and hassle-free, and they noticeably improve the taste of the coffee by filtering out any unpleasant flavors from tap water. The six-pack offers excellent value, and I appreciate the peace of mind knowing I have replacements ready. A must-have for any Breville coffee lover looking to maintain their machine and brew quality.

I use this in my breville espresso machine and honestly, it works fine. My espresso tastes just as good still. It’s a good substitute filter that gets the job done.

I've bought both Breville's OEM replacement filters and off-brand ones in the past. These are definitely a step above most generic brands. I've seen other generic brands with filters that are thin and flimsy, and which obviously skimp on the amount of activated charcoal they put in the filter. They also haphazardly toss their filters into a bag.These are individually wrapped, and while they're not nearly as solid as the OEM or the product photo they show, they're definitely more substantial than other off-brands.Performance-wise, I still have to give a big edge to the official Breville version. Water filtered through those simply tastes better. If you have hard water, Breville's filters with resin and charcoal are a must-have.Still, these are almost half the price of those, so if you're on a tight budget and aren't really that fuzzy about your coffee's taste, these should serve you just fine.

I sacrificed a filter to cut it open & show that there is actually charcoal inside, in case anyone was skeptical. These are a direct fit for my machine (which was on the list of compatible models). They did not come with any instructions of any kind. Typically you would soak a new filter of this type in water for 5min & then install it, and replace every couple months. Seems to work fine.
