This grip strength kit is solid and comes with many different items. The grippers with counters are great for tracking progress and have improved my grip over the past week. There are a variety of tools for improving finger extensions like the rubber band and the rings. Overall, it is a great kit for the money and provides a lot of value.

Nice little set of hand strengthening workout products. Got these for the kids as they always complain that the can't open something so have them using these to strenghten their grip.

This was a nice kit as I liked the options however upon receiving I found I really only use the ones with adjustable weight to it, everything in her seems pretty cheaply made and am waiting for the day that one snaps while I'm trying to use it. I would save yourself and just go with one that is more durable than these. the adjustability is nice however the comfort is not really there in the design.

This kit comes with a lot! From the resistance grips to the rubber squeeze ball, everything in here works a muscle group, whether it be your fingers or your forearm. For the price, it is a decent deal for what is included.

This review is specifically for the two adjustable resistance grips. Honestly, everything else in the package is useless cheap plastic. They are good quality and adjust just right for the pressure and resistance you want. The materials are sturdy and feel durable, and the resistance feels genuine, not like some cheap spring that's going to snap after a few uses. This grip isn't just for athletes or bodybuilders either. If you type or use your hands for hours these will help. If you're serious about improving your grip strength, I highly recommend the two adjustable forearm resistance grips. Again, everything else in the package is useless.

I needed to replace my hand grip set due to usage so grabbed this 7PCS Grip Strength Trainer Kit as it is similar in makeup of options and come away mostly pleased. I like the two hand-squeeze-grips. At first we did have a hard time getting them to adjust. Both my wife and I tried it, I gave up, but after more fiddling, she got each to a spot we each liked. This is one reason for the 4 stars. I needed to replace my egg. Over the course of now 3 previous such eggs I've found that after a certain amount of use the eggs start to crumble, dropping tiny pieces everywhere. I'm replacing the last one with this knowing it's likely to repeat. But so far it's working as it should. Good O-ring or donut. My grip has gone up so the 70-80 is a good solid workout for me.Another reason for the 4 stars would be the two finger strengtheners. I'm a shorter guy with smaller hands, so my fingers are also shorter. I do and don't get much of a workout from this type of device. That said, I've had them and used them in the past and always finding them to give me something of an effort/workout. But, those other ones were thicker. These almost feel like rubber bands in size and strength. They likely won't snap, but they sure do feel like they could. And that's with again, my smaller hands and length. I can't only imagine a guy with big hands, how thin they'd stretch out to. And what really finished off the 4 star rating (and had my wife and I talking 3 star) is the finger press. This thing is junk. Have one I use from time to time that works fine. This one the buttons/springs to grips all catch on one another and you're more fighting to get them to move up/down is a pain. When I can get them to not catch on the edges it's fine, but that's about a quarter of the time. I'll stick to the one I've got.Overall this 7PCS Grip Strength Trainer Kit is a nice find and will keep me going. Again, having had others and finding this level of quality at least lasts a decent amount of time to feel I've gotten (at least most of) my monies worth, while remembering they do wear out if used on a regular basis. So at this price point ($13.99 at time of writing) you get what you pay for (not top level, but decent quality) knowing you'll likely wear it out with good, consistent use. For me that would be worth the trade off.

Very nice set to train grip strength. The grippers with the digital readout show number of reps and the strength adjustment works well, offering strong resistance. Has a wide range of resistance, so is suitable for most everyone. Impressed with the variety of different training tools that allow you to train grip, finger flexion and individual finger exercises for the hand. A well put together kit.

This grip strength training set includes a wide range of options. I particularly like the egg shaped item, which feels similar to a stress ball. The grip strength ring is also good and feels sturdy. There is a set of forearm grippers with counters that let you adjust the resistance from 5kg to 60kg. However, I found the last three items to be less effective for my needs. The punch finger exerciser has several punches that don’t push back or spring well. As for the silicone finger exerciser, the found the finger holes a bit small. I am female with medium-sized hands, so I presume this could be challenging for those with even larger fingers. Similarly, the adjustable finger exerciser also has small holes, but I find it a little easier to put on compared to the other one. The downside is that it was the only item without instructions, so I had to figure out how to use it on my own. I assumed it works with the wrist strap provided, but I've had difficulty with it staying in place when I stretch my fingers. So I’m not sure if I'm using it incorrectly or if it just doesn’t function well. Despite the issues with some of the items, I feel there is still a lot being offered for a reasonable price.
