I got these to use for food, but I am using them for other things to store. They are kind of cheap and look like they come from the far east. They are not terrible and I do have use for them, so not going to knock them too much. I don't really trust them for food, but they would probably work. I Like that they have different color lids to help with my organizing. The plastic in the bowls and lids are kind of thick, so should last awhile if they have UV treatment in the plastic. Not terrible, but I wouldn't want to spend any more for these than the current price.

These sturdy containers are great for storing leftovers, or for filling with snacks. They are useful for serving sized portions to add to one's lunchbox. The dry erase pen writes smoothly and erases cleanly. And the foam scrub brush is useful for cleaning the containers and lids. The lids screw on easily. But as others have said, they are nearly impossible to pull apart when they first arrive. I could manage to separate only two, myself.

I just opened these 8 ounce freezer containers, and while they are just as stated, there are some shortcomings. Yes, they are 8 ounces each, but that is 8 ounces to the very top. These would not hold a cup of food, seal and freeze. You have to leave some headspace in order to freeze safely. The lids do screw on, but like one full round. They are not very secure. The biggest problem I had was getting the containers apart. They arrive in a stack and it took me 10 minutes to get one of them loose. My husband couldn't even get one loose in that time. If you are looking for very small containers that realistically won't hold a cup of food, you are only worried about covering the item, not sealing securely, and you want to spend quite a bit of time trying to get them apart, then you won't be disappointed in these little containers.

I use these kinds of containers for snacks, small leftover portions, taco toppings like green or red onions, grated cheese, and lots more. These little containers are the perfect size for not only the things already listed but (if I still had school age kids) work great for lunch boxes. Grapes, orange segments, sunflower seeds - all those things make these little containers almost invaluable. I really like the tops that twist on and off. For small kids the clip-it tops might be a little difficult but these are so easy. The colors are also fun, which doesn't really make a difference but I still like that. I love fun colors! I can highly recommend these containers!

My wife and I hate to throw out anything that is still good because we are both kind of random grazers when it comes to eating and having a little something you can heat up and eat to hold you over is always a goal. Now, I will say that we have a "normal" number of storage containers but my wife has started a new diet and so we are currently fixing different things and end up with different kinds of leftovers. This set of containers was exactly what we needed to solve our sudden shortage of containers. It's a bonus that they are dishwasher safe and they are a good size for our leftovers. One other feature that I didn't think was important but now I think we'll use it is the ability to write dates or contents on the lids with an erasable marker. It comes with the containers and is a nice addition. I am very happy with these containers.

First off, they are stacked so tightly together that I could barely get them apart out of the packaging. Overall, they are cute, and the lids do screw off and on easily, but I put water in one on put it on its side and ….it leaks, oh it leaks! So, it’s a no go on being able to put anything but dry foods in them. And I wanted for canned fruits, Condiments, etc. They can still be used, but not for everything.

These are great containers to store snacks, leftovers, pudding and yogurt. You can use these at home, take them to work, or even loan them out to your friends and neighbors (if your so inclined) and not lose sleep worrying whether you'll ever get them back, because they are priced so well. The containers are durable and the colorful lids make it easier to distinguish what you stored in each.
