This lunch box is everything I was expecting and more. I'm in love with the size and all the convenience it brings to my daily life as a patient with nutritional specific diets. It has a set of cutlery, a manual, electrical cord and much more. You can also charge it at home in your office or even in your car which makes it the perfect mate for my regular medical appointments. This is definitely a perfect gift for yourself or a loved one be it a kid a teenager and adult or a senior anyone can take advantage of this electric lunch box. the heap level is perfect for me. It has a great seal so that your food will not spill. It perfectly fits my lunch bag, which was a wonderful surprise. I strongly believe it will be a durable and functional piece for everyday use and the value for your money is definitely worth. I would definitely suggest this product to anyone in the search for an electric lunch box on the go.

As with others my husband and I have and use - this is another great electric lunch box. They all function the same and really the only differences in many is the type of vents they have. This particular one has a push down vent and believe me these vents are an important part of the functions of these electric lunch boxes… We’ve all seen the videos of truck drivers opening these up and having them explode (those were the old days but still can happen if you don’t release the steam before opening). You absolutely need to make sure there is no pressure built up before attempting to open these because they do get your food hot. Most take up to 30-45 minutes to get your food pipping hot and this particular unit is the same as all others. It’s a nice unit and includes both the plugs for heating in your vehicle and one for heating by plugging into wall socket. Has a handy carrying bag too like the rest but be slow and easy with the zippers on any of these as they are not that great. This particular unit appears to have a better quality zipper but others we have, the zipper broke in no time making the bag useless at that point. Lots of people ask “where did you get that” “what do you have for lunch - that smells great” etc. - With the costs of eating out so high with such low quality it’s a no brainer to get yourself some of these electric lunch boxes and utilize those leftovers from the house for an awesome lunch that you know was prepared with you in mind….

Don't expect this to cook your food (just in case there was any mistake), but if the idea of a hot lunch sounds more appealing than a cold one, this could work for you. But a few things:1) This is not a Thermos. A thermos is heavily insulated and keeps your foods hot or cold for a long time. This has to be used quickly after the meal is made. Think: "You cook a mean and deliver it to someone but you want it to arrive hot." Here's what I recommend: Plug this into the wall about 4-5 minutes before the meal is ready to plate. When the meal is at perfection and not losing temperature by sitting around, immediately dish it into the cavity (basically giant oval square-bottomed metal bowl) and seal it up. Unplug this and use the car (cigarette lighter) plug to do the rest of the job, but make sure the car is running of course so you don't drain your battery. plug this back into a wall the moment you get to your destination. The insulation bag is thin and flimsy. It helps, but it is not a miracle worker.The plastic bin is for salads, fruits, or cold items – even a small roll or some crackers, maybe a napkin.If you are trying to re-warm up already-cooked food, or it has cooled off "somewhat," let this warm up for AT LEAST 25 minutes. This is a slow heat not a hot one. If you follow these instructions you should be extremely happy with the result. Think of this as an electric chafing dish (one that comes with a primitive fork and spoon).This works best for casseroles, rice meals, and meats (or veggies!) in sauce. Sauce, rice, or pasta/potatoes are the key ingredient as they soak up heat and keep other things warm as well. You could also do this with soup but expect to spill. All in all this is a really well-made idea and having a hot-delivered meal is wonderful. Could you pack this and go to work and have it for lunch? Yes, but sneak into the break room at least 30 minutes before you clock out and plug this in. Longer is better. This is really good for life on the road or keeping things warm on the way home — but again, if the "lunchbox" was preheated before you put the food in, and the denser your food the better it will work. Anyway, that's what I know. Hope this helped =)
