This battery charged up in my existing Dewalt charging bases, and worked in my circular saw, string trimmer, and drills. Everything about the battery seems compatible to our existing OEM batteries. The outstanding question will be how long they last / re-charges they will take. The original batteries lasted quite a while, so I have the same expectation for this battery, but it will take me literally years to be able to have any ability to compare. For now, all I can say is that it met my expectation.

I've been using this battery with a leaf blower. A phenomenon I've noticed with the 60v/20v batteries is they make some tools run faster than the "regular" 20v-only batteries. In the case of my leaf blower, this is a good thing! At any rate, this is a pretty good little battery.

its not a name brand battery. but that being said you can buy 4 of these for the price of the normal yellow brand battery.

Does not hold power. I have several batteries in the 20/60v Dewalt format and this is one of if not the worst. I would say this is comparable to a 20v 2ah battery or less. I've tried it in many different tools and the all drain this battery way to fast. Don't waste your money, buy something different.

This item was amazing. We needed a new battery so desperately for work and were short-funded to be able to buy the name brand, so this is off-brand but fits our tool perfectly and holds a great charge. Lasts all day at work!

Works as it should. They are surprisingly similar to OEM batteries. They charge and function the same as the OE batteries so far. I can't speak to their longevity yet, but I can't see them being much worse than the OE batteries. I have only used them on 20V tools so far, so I don't know how they will perform on other tools. Docked a star because their battery check button feels cheap and like it's going to break. It still works, though. For less than 1/3 the price of the name OE, it's worth a shot.

I often approach non-branded batteries with a sense of skepticism, given the frequent pitfalls of low-quality alternatives. However, this particular model offered a delightful surprise that challenged my preconceptions. To begin with, I decided to weigh the battery, comparing it directly to a trusted Dewalt original Flexvolt. When evaluating battery performance, I’ve found that a significant weight discrepancy can often indicate inferior quality. In this case, the two batteries proved to be remarkably comparable: the Dewalt tipped the scales at 2 pounds, 4 ounces, while the no-name battery came in just a shade lighter at 2 pounds, 2 ounces.Next came the real test. I set up a voltage down converter to power a pair of incandescent light bulbs, each rated at 75 watts and designed for 12 volts. These bulbs typically draw about 12 amps at 13.5 volts, making them a good barometer for assessing battery performance. As the experiment unfolded, the Dewalt battery performed admirably, enduring just over 28 minutes before it reached exhaustion. I documented the time carefully, noting every moment as the light steadily dimmed. To my astonishment, the no-name battery outperformed expectations, powering the bulbs for an impressive 36 minutes and 30 seconds before surrendering. This unexpected endurance was a pleasant surprise. While this test doesn’t conclusively validate the build quality or long-term durability of this non-branded battery, I found the total output quite impressive. Moreover, considering that this alternative costs less than half the price of the Dewalt, I believe it represents a substantial value for consumers seeking budget-friendly options without sacrificing performance.
