I bought a Worx weed whacker because I wanted something where there was aftermarket string so that I wasn't beholden to the manufacturer's prices. There are a lot to choose from, so I blindly (well, not exactly blindly, since I took into consideration price and other peoples' reviews) chose these. Good price and they work well.

Very happy with this line. The first spool lasted quite a bit longer than expected. Cost effective; excellent product. I couldn’t find a better deal on these spools on Amazon.

When I got these I thought the string was thin and wouldn't last. I was wrong. The thin string cuts better and I've done my yard three times and it hasn't broke yet. I'm done winding my own spools. This is the way to go. I definitely recommend.

The description states these fit the ORANGE brand trimmers, but they also fit my 'RED & BLACK' trimmer from 'The Cheap Tool Store.'I was shopping for replacements and noticed other spools for sale; black with blue trim line, advertised to fit my trimmer. Then, I noticed these spools in orange. They appeared to have the same exact patterns on each side, as well as a trim head cover that looked identical to my RED one.I took a chance to try them. They are indeed, exactly the same. So yes, look closely at the pattern of your string trimmer spools, these will fit. Be careful though, there are 2 types of trimmer spools for the trimmers sold by 'The Cheap Tool Store.'Look closely at the patterns. These spools are specifically FLAT on one side, with a tooth pattern that is simple, without additional rings, on the other side.I just trimmed my entire yard and they performed exactly like the black and blue replacements I get at 'The Cheap Tool Store.' Those usually cost $10 for 2 spools. So, I'd say these replacements are a bargain, for what figures to be less than $1 per spool.

These work perfectly to add even more years onto the long life of my very old Worx trimmer. I'm so happy that these replacements are available and I can continue using this trimmer for the foreseeable future and beyond. I hate having to replace a perfectly fine tool just because parts are no longer available or they are way too expensive. These are both totally compatible and reasonable.
