I think it’s a good idea, well executed and sturdy. It’s a great way to store and transport cables. I tossed half a dozen cables between 10 and 15 feet long in it and it’s only 1/3 fill. It’s strong and sturdily constructed. Minus a star for three reasons. First, the handles should have one of those Velcro pieces, that you commonly see, to join them together and create a grab handle that is easier to hold when the bag is weighted down. Secondly, there is no shoulder strap, as is claimed in the written description, nor does one appear in the listing photos. Thirdly, my opinion is that the price is a little high.
