Most parts worked as advertised. Although one of the wheel tracts broke after a week of use. The only replacement option is to return all original parts. I installed quite a few of the parts and most are working, except the one wheel tract. I’m not tearing apart the entire pool robot so I can have one wheel tract replaced. No obvious way to contact the seller, either. I guess my only recourse is to write this review and buy a new tract from another seller.

I needed to replace some parts on my three year old Dolphin M400 so I jumped at the chance to get these when they showed up. Unfortunately the tracks are either made from material that is too rigid or they are just the wrong size as I couldn't get them on no matter how hard I tried. The bearings all worked fine and the climbing rings looked identical to the ones I've installed in the past so I'm sure they'll work fine too. However, the tracks being the main reason I got this kit made it a major let down when I couldn't use them. Thus, 100 points for the bearings and climb rings which are easy to install, but zero points for the tracks that just aren't the right size. Initially I thought maybe I just received the wrong kit, but after looking at other reviews just now I think its a universal problem. Thus I cannot recommend this kits as it has very little value for the money if the parts don't work!

Waste of money, the tracks are so rigid it's impossible to install them on the existing robot. Yes, after trying for 2 hours I got totally frustrated and tossed the whole deal into the trash and bought a new robot. When you feel the new tracks they flex and are workable. The ones sold here are rock hard and impossible to stretch.
