I ordered two of these carry on bags. The first time I used one of them, I tripped and broke the handle. Totally my fault. However, I have sent several messages to the seller and no reply. We wanted to purchase a replacement handle. Very disappointed they will not respond.

This is a great work travel bag. It eliminated the need for a laptop bag with easy access to work items. Also the cup holder is a bonus.

Need more room? Unzip the middle, and it expands another 2 inches. The only trade-off? Using the expansion somewhat weakens the otherwise rigid structure. But hey, more space is more space.This thing rolls like a dream. The four fully swiveling wheels glide over the floor smooth as silk. I don't think you'd even spill a coffee clutched in the cupholder while you roll (though I wouldn't advise trying!) It has a telescoping handle for rolling that is sturdy enough to attach more bags. And for carrying it has a top handle, a side handle, and even feet on the opposite side so you can rest it sideways without it tipping over.The final feature worth mentioning is the TSA-Approved Combination Lock. All four zipper clasps can be locked into place with a 3-digit combination lock, keeping contents secure but easy for TSA agents to open and inspect. Sure, a determined thief with wire cutters could get through it, but it keeps the honest people honest.The one and only flaws are space efficiency and size. With all these amazing features, you’d think it’s the perfect carry-on. But the interior space feels a bit more cramped than it should be. The handle frame, wheel reinforcements, and even the cupholder eat up a little more space than I expected. The expandable middle isn't just a bonus, it's nearly a necessity. Plus, at 22” x 14” x 10.5”, this just barely pushes past the carry-on size limit for some airlines. You may find you have to check this suitcase.My final verdict? Despite the slightly tight interior, this suitcase is an absolute winner. The cupholder, charging ports, and thoughtful design make it one of the most functional and stylish suitcases I’ve ever used. If you’re traveling by car, train, or don’t mind the possibility of checking a bag, it’s a dream. If you need an ultra-roomy carry-on or want to avoid bag-check, it may disappoint you and you might want to double-check your airline restrictions before taking it.

My husband needed a new suitcase and he loves this one. It seems very sturdy and durable, and has some nice inside features for organizing. The clamshell design lets you have two separate areas for storage instead of a deep bag that is harder to search. The spinner wheels are very easy to maneuver.

The front zipper get stucked in the fabric and you can't close it anymore very cheaply made I am trying to have it resolved with resolved by seller I just bought his only in march
