These are very useful and convenient holders for both pencils and cords. They are being used in scattered places throughout my house. The problem is the adhesive backing is hit-or-miss – and mostly miss - for holding them in place. I fixed this by using two-sided tape in some places or glue dots in others which so far have been working quite well. Even though I find them useful I can only rate them as 3-stars since it should not be necessary to seek out other options to improve their adhesive issues.

I bought these to use in my classroom. Students always ask for pencils...so a friend suggested putting these on the white board as pencil holders. They work perfectly! Students go grab a pencil from the holder and then return them. They are very sturdy and the perfect size!

I am a teacher, I put these on my students desks. They began to fall off by the end of the first day. Not good adhesive. Would not recommend.

I used these in my 1st Grade classroom for pencil holders at the top of the desks. They worked perfectly for the first 2 months that they were stuck to the desks, but the adhesive lost strength after a bit. Holds pens, large pencils, small pencils, and believe it or not…markers! My students loved them. Will purchase again and add extra glue to keep them sticky!
