Brew-Through Lid Replacement looks just as shown. Fit decently well on my Ninja CP301A brewer. Screws on and locks in place like it should. Does rattle just a little bit but stay secure. Feels well made and a good value replacement. Easy to clean and had no issues using right away after washing.Highly recommend.

I own a Ninja CM401 10-cup coffee maker. The plastic brew-through lid comes into contact with coffee (as does the glass carafe) and I have found soaking in water can help to remove the lingering coffee smell after. I figured having a spare to alternate would be useful.Turns out, yes, this works out nicely. However… the tolerances on this secondary lid are not quite to the same spec as the original product from Ninja. No idea if they come from the same production line, but- A small amount of injector flash at the bottom of the tube that extends into the carafe. This is not a deal-breaker, but it is a little lack of attention to detail. Easily removed.- Generally loose fit in the top of the carafe. This could be less attention to production, could be tools aging and going out of spec, either way it is simply loose- Most notably, and this is in the same category perhaps as cup holders in your Bentley, there is NO satisfying Click when the lid is turned all the way in to the top of the carafe prior to beginning the brew. This is another tolerance issue (I did not see any obvious difference between original and secondary lid, but I did not break out my calipers); that click is nice tactile feedback, that it is missing just makes the secondary lid feel less-than somehow. The lid does function as expected and does what I intended it to do, the star went missing due to loose specs.
