These definitely will make the shoulder pads look huge but my husband played D1 football and coaches now and makes all his defensive players wear one. It reduces the impact on your shoulder joints during big hits. It’s very light and will last a long time!

So this was bought just over a month ago. After a month’s use the rivet used to hold the strap on the side has busted off making it completely unusable. Not to mention, every piece of metal on this is rusted! Such a waste of money and disappointment. Really wished it was constructed with better materials.

This was a great buy! It helped my lineman absorb some of the shock from constant contact. It did feel a little overwhelming when first used, but was fine after getting used to it.

Got this for my grandson who had injured his collar bone during football. He fractured it, but insisted on continuing to play so we made him use this in order for him to continue playing.

My son broke his collar bone and we were hoping for some extra protection. This was a bit large fir his 10 year old frame. He wore it for a few games but decided it was too tight with his pads and ended up not using it like we hoped. It helped gain a little confidence back the first game or two but was just uncomfortable under the pads

I am thrilled with this purchase. My son is a 300lb offensive/defensive lineman. He took an awkward hit and suffered a minor stinger. He ended leaving the next game with a stinger in the same shoulder. So I ordered these after bringing him to the doc to be checked out. They came today, so he hasn't played in them yet.The fit for a 300lber on the adult size is fine. Reviewers complaining about size do not know what they are buying or what it's for or both. I had to put the plastic slide clips on and lace them up (adult assembly required 🤣) The plastic clips on the straps could be better. They could have teeth on them to better grip the chest strap however they do the job for the price point.I went 4 stars simply because I do not know how they will feel in game.
