Mediocre product, but it does adhere to carry on size requirements for many domestic airlines. The zipper was split straight out of the box, though I was able to fix. The extendable handle felt chintzy and the clever phone/table holder on the handle made it a true struggle to slide a bag over.

This is the first hard-sided suitcase I have tried with the latch closures instead of zippers. It took a second to get used to the mechanics, but I really like the feel of snapping these closed.It took a minute to get used to the spring loaded handles - one on top and one on the side. They have a solid feel so I hope the spring doesn't loose it's snap.I could live without the cup holder on the back side of the case since it is really only sized for smaller cups - it does not fit my refillable water bottle.This is about a large as you can go for a carry-on and I was pulled aside to confirm it fit in the sizing box at the airport for a couple of uses due to the square look.The wheels moved smoothly over multiple surfaces - tile, hardwood, carpet.

I got this bag to use as a carryon but when my son used it for a recent trip, I may never see it again. This is a well built suitcase that rolls really well when loaded. The cup holder is a nice addition but it is a little small to hold a regular cup but if you are using it for an airport coffee then it is perfect. The latches are really nice when compared to a zipper and even when the bag is a little over full the latches hold securely. I will buy the larger size bags like this one as I feel it will last a long time. I highly recommend this bag, even if I won't be able to use it again, I will just have to buy one for myself now. Really nice suitcase.
