Not a pro but I have always preferred a durable 3-in-1 pick. These picks don’t slip but allow for hours and hours of use!

I like a heavy pick (1mm). My only complaint is they're slick. I scratch some lines on them with a knife (carefully!) and they're great. If only there were a way to keep from losing them! That and a rougher surface would make them perfect.

My spouse plays guitar (classical, electric, acoustic), mandolin, octave mandolin/cittern etc. and has for decades. These are his absolute favorite picks: he says they weigh enough that they don't fly out of his hands but also aren't heavy or bulky. He likes the larger size because it gives him a better grip (he is tall and has fairly large hands). He found some years ago and loved them, but over the years had been misplacing them here and there until he only had one left. He looked *everywhere* for these picks and couldn't find them - until I tried Amazon (and sent them to him as a present). Now he's happy again.

Jesse Colin Young put me onto these and they're amazing. Not only the sound and size but they're like three picks in one. I like when one side is worn down more so you can spin them around for different tone/action. I'm stuck on these

Been using these for many years. Always good, show up at night being white.I drill 3 holes in each pick for better hold. Recommended

(in my own opinion - although I know that Dennis Dunaway swears by them too) I have used wedges for over 40 years, and discovered Steve Clayton picks many, many years ago.I will never change. Thank you.
