So I see in the title that these are for increasing climbing power and pulls up and such. Not for me. I'm like a beginner when it comes to pulls up so if these make it harder, HARD pass. But, at a gym that I visited once had a "grenade" attachment that goes to the end of the rope to be used for triceps and shoulders. Let me be the first to say, WOAH. Game changer. On tricep extensions, the muscle-mind connection was out of the charts. Same for shoulders when doing face pulls! A little awkward grip at first but once I got the hang of it, the grenade style attachment became my BFF!That is, until I decided to purchase one on my own but for $33 dollars... for one grenade. No way Jose.I quickly looked around for alternatives and found these. For $22 for 2, I thought these were a steal. At first, I was a little weary of the quality but when I received the products, it compared well to the first grenade attachment that I used!Obviously, these aren't metal but who cares? Maybe if you have sweaty hands but a quick little wipe or a little shift in the grip position should fix that.I can't comment if they'll hold up a person since I haven't tested that but based on my experience with them, I wouldn't be afraid to try it (that is, until my back and grip are strong enough). For your bodybuilding venture? These are a great alternative for the grenade!

These are perfect for rear delt cable pull partials. My rear delt is getting those sick gains now.

Replace the tradition tricep rope with these and it really helps with grip strenth and muscle activation in the forearms. They are a little bigger than baseballs, but not as big as softballs, and a solid, hard material.

I bought this on a whim after always using cable grips that were more like a knurled bar. This made it was easy to do shoulder flies and rear delt work. Felt the pressure of my wrists fall onto the shoulder for the exercise. If you have a home gym, definitely worth the addition!

These are great I am a personal trainer. I have 40 years of experience and these are just really awesome. I’ve already given these to several clients. I love them you can use them with bands or cable what’s really great is that they go through the entire product and there’s a washer and a nut on the bottom to make sure they are secured instead of just screwing them into a piece of plastic .. really like it using these, especially for grip and forearms!!

UPDATE: I just had weak grip and thats why my hands were slipping, after a month of doing pullups with these everyday my hands dont slip no more even if my palms are a little wet.I got these strictly for my pullup bar workouts and they are great and super sturdy, the biggest flaw is that once your palms start sweating they get super slippery and its near impossible to hold on to them I recommend using workout gloves with these to fix the issue

Well made, highly durable and a great value for the price. These ball pull up grips come as a pair with two heavy duty carabiners and straps to hang them from. The size is perfect for grip work and the surface texturing makes this challenging activity safer. The ball grips are drilled straight through with a large washer securing the bottom attachment threaded through the ball to a large steel welded eyelet on the top. In use for over a month it's held up great.
