Physically and electronically everything connects up correctly but I get messages everytime I drive with sensor issues, because this isn't ford brand.Just be ware.

This side mirror installed easily and was a perfect fit for my 2020 Ford Escape. It looks just like the factory mirror it replaced except that the mirror was convex shape instead of flat like the factory one was, so objects in the reflection appear smaller than they really are. It's supposed to be that way on the passenger side but not on the driver side. I took one star off for this minor flaw.EDIT:After installation and driving around I discovered that this mirror does NOT support Cross Traffic warning and Blind spot warning features for this vehicle, even though the part number matches the Ford part number. (See attached dash photos of 'system fault' error message.)I will be returning the mirror for a refund and having my local Ford dealer to install a factory mirror. So much for saving money. Very disappointed.

The mirror fit like a glove. Identical to OEM if you didn’t know it was replaced you never will.
