I've been a long time Mac user, but have been pretty happy with any Dell equipment I've picked up over the years. Dell seems to do a solid job on most of their stuff, and this dock is no different. I've tried it now on both a 2013 Mac Pro (with an Apple Thunderbolt adapter), as well as a M2 Max Mac Studio. On one side, you have a USB-C and a USB-A connection. On the top is a convenient power button, and then the other side gives you two display port connections, an HDMI, another USB-C, two USB-A, and a gigabit RJ45/ethernet connection. Last of all, you'll find the power plug for the large power brick it includes. This particular seller also includes a slew of extra cables, which is a nice plus, as rarely do you also get this kind of cabling with a docking station. They also throw in a microfiber cloth to boot, which, hey, isn't bad.As far as performance, it was just what I was hoping for on the 2013 Mac Pro (which is where it ultimately will live). Using the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapter, I'm able to now utilize a USB-C to 2.5G ethernet adapter I have, but also some new SSD's like Samsung's T7 on that machine. My kids actually use that Mac Pro for their schooling, but my girls also like to do a fair amount of video editing. They use Davinici Resolve, and they plug in mics, and all kinds of other things when doing their videos. Since the Mac Pro was on the floor, it was a pain for them to crawl down, plug things in, and then come back up. Now, this dock lives on the desk the Mac Pro monitor sits on, and it is just a much easier and better process for them. The 2.5G to USB-C adapter works great, and the Samsung T7 performs at about 700 MB/s via this dock connected to the Apple adapter. When I did test on my M2 Max Mac Studio, things, of course, performed better. Not the best I've ever seen, or even anything close to Thunderbolt 5, but they were good for USB 3 speed levels that you'd expect. Certainly fast enough for my own video editing for a YouTube channel I'm involved in.All in all, I'm happy. This thing performs well, and does what I want it to do. It easily provides a lot of different ports that my kids can use vs having to crawl under the desk, and performance is more than sufficient for their video editing and just backup needs. Nice job Dell!

After a lot of searching, I landed on the Dell WD19DC dock for my home office setupâand it's been absolutely solid. I use a Dell Precision laptop that demands a lot of power and peripherals, and this dock handles everything I throw at it. Dual monitors? No problem. Webcam, keyboard, external SSDs, and a conference mic? All plugged in and working perfectly. The included 240W power adapter delivers more than enough juice to keep my laptop running smoothly even under a heavy workload. What I really appreciate is how simple it is to connectâjust snap in the dual USB-C connectors, and Iâm instantly connected to my entire workstation. One small win thatâs actually a big deal: the extra HDMI and DisplayPort cables that came with the kit. I didnât need to go out and buy anything elseâit was truly plug and play out of the box. I also like that the dock helps declutter my workspace by consolidating everything into one clean hub.If youâre running a higher-end Dell laptop and need a reliable, high-power dock that just works, this is the one.

This is a very good price for the set considering what the retail new version costs. It literally is brand new from all I can see everything looks to be in perfect condition and works flawlessly. We've been using it to dock our laptop to a second monitor which comes in handy for our small business. And as a bonus that actually works to connect my steam deck to the monitor or a TV as well. There's lots of ports on it for just about anything you could need to hook up to. I think it's kind of a no-brainer to go with this one over buying the brand new version considering the price difference and the fact that this is literally brand new 𤡠as I stated I can't tell if it has been used previously in reconditioned. Looks new to me!

This Dell docking station works great for my work-from-home setup; it's way more convenient than plugging in everything individually. The extra cables were a nice touch, and it charges my laptop perfectly. It's a bit pricey, even as a "renewed" item, but the functionality justifies the cost for my productivity. The only downside is that it's a little bulky for my small apartment desk.
