I went through three other sets of laces in one month before these. They’ve held up for two months now with no significant wear, and I’m not easy on them. Definite win.

These laces were NOT for figure skates which is what I wanted and not long enough

I’m going to say right off the bat that I questioned if these were even waxed. I have waxed lives on other skates and you know they are waxed. The other lace tight without slipping. These do no lace tight. They skip :(

I didn't get these for skates, but they were exactly what I needed to re-lace my boots. I like that red-on-brown vintage look on these boots, and the specs of black in these laces are a nice touch as well. The wax coating on these, I can tell I won't need to be re-lacing these boot again for a very, very long time.

I have been an outdoorsman as well as a hockey player my whole life. Hockey taught me that waxed laces are SO much easier to lace tightly. I was looking for waxed laces to use in my hiking and hunting boots. These are perfect, look great and are of great quality. All of my boots will now wear Derby Laces.

Great quality shoe lace. Seem heavy duty and look great on my danner mountain light boots. Only thing keeping these from 5 stars is that it doesn't have any aglets. I'd like to see some metal aglets

These laces are heavy duty. It makes lacing skates so much easier. They stay put when you tight them, no slipping. The color is vibrant. I am very pleased with these laces.
