  • HOW TO COUNT? Aim the sensor at an item. When an item passes in front of the sensor during movement, the number on the display will increase 1. Make sure that no other item interferes with the sensor.
  • MANUAL COUNTING: You can increase or decrease the value on the display screen (change it by 1 each time). You can also adjust the initial count value, for example, you can count from 50 instead of always starting from 0.
  • INSTALLATION: The display screen has 2 mounting brackets that can be fixed in place. The sensor also has a bracket, which can both fix the sensor and install the sensor on the side of the conveyor belt. Or you can install the sensor above the conveyor belt.
  • APPLICATION: Our counter is usually used together with the conveyor belt and is widely used in the production field. You can use it to total the number of bags, boxes or bottles in each batch.The video is just a reference. Our machine is single sensor.

Please note the following 2 parameters

PC2: counting frequency setting, the counting interval between two

objects can be set according to the speed of object movement

PC0: set delay signal. The time that the counter can continuously sense

the item.This parameter can be set according to the size of the item.

Please do not change other parameters at will.

  • When an object passes through the middle of the sensor, the light emitted by the sensor is interrupted, and then the number on the display increases by 1.

  • Change the counting speed by adjusting the parameters under PC2. You can adjust the distance between objects on the conveyor belt according to the speed of the conveyor belt.

  • Yes, you can count from any number, for example, 30,100,800, etc. It is not necessary to always count from 0.

  • The number on the display can only be increased by 1 at a time.

There’s no way to mute this. They dedicated three buttons for volume up, down, and mute and none of them work. The extremely fast instruction video doesn’t mention it either. The counter works, but this could work as promised and it doesn’t.
