Bought pads in January in my new SUV and faded by May making new truck look old. Bought them to accent the vehicle not clutter. I had a pair of half moon outfitters (local out door shop) that lasted 10 years with zero fade. Rated as 2 star because the Velcro Seems durable and pads work as designed.

I have to write this because I had a hard time finding the right roof pads that would fit my Subaru Outback. I use these for my hobie compass kayak and this is the perfect size for the Outback. I tried a few different pads and they did not fit. So if you Have a Subaru outback I will save you time by saying these are the ones you need

I liked this product because it has a good velcro grip on the bar and the pads seem to be good quality. I use it on flat bars on a Toyoto Highlander to carry a kayak and they work great. Would buy again.

Nice pads but measurement description is not accurate. When you take into account the velcro closures, the maximum circumfrence of your bars can only be 7 inches. Otherwise, the two seconds of the velcro closure do not cover each other to make a firm grip. fortunately, these will fit on another bar but not the one I ordered it for
