I love my scooter. It hauls my 300lb+ self all over.I can hit 33mph on a flat paved surface. It is good quality and I just passed the 100 mile mark.It has plenty of power and rides smoothly. It is fun and so far, I haven't pushed it but, never range out of range. You can see the power decrease as the battery gets lower.Everything is adjustable and comfortable for standing and controlling.I like it, I park my EV Ford at the charger a couple blocks from work and ride my scooter to work and around when my truck is charging.

Red flag, actual person in United States. Scooter is great for first 6 months. Now it won't charge and company says I need to buy new batteries. Don't waste your time. Buy something local and do not buy from this seller. Such a scam.

What's not to love about this scooter? Adjustable shocks, disc brakes, on/off road tires, turn signals, large digital display, headlight, horn, lighted running board, easy to use, everything is adjustable with no trouble, 3 speeds all which are responsive for example, low speed acts as a brake going downhill and like a tractor going up hill. I got mine up to 35mph and I weigh 210lbs. It comes with a lock (who does that?) it is put together so well and yes, it is heavy, but I don't carry my scooter around I ride it. Whoever designed this and manufactured it has been riding scooters since the introduction of the Go-Ped. It is more than reasonably priced and when you are on the road, it is like floating over the asphault. This is a strong whip. BEEFCAKE

Got my first chance to use this heavy duty scooter . A great ride and customer support is excellent. If your looking for a great scooter to ride to work in city and use the train/subway a lot this is the scooter you want for that purpose. I ride it 10 miles to my office each day. Wide wheels make it more stable than those narrow wheeled scooter's. Platform to stand on is excellent width and length. It has the speed and long range compared to entry level scooter I purchased previously which did not have that range and speed like this one. It is 77lbs but most other scooter with this much power available on the market nowadays weigh 90lbs plus. If your looking for a brand name scooter you will pay a lot more for the same product.Looks easy to fix just about anything on this scooter which is a good thing compared to other brand name models. Its a good value for your money! Buy it ! You will be happy you did, its money well spent. Can even take another passenger for a ride that other scooters cannot do.Always wear a Helmet ,Gloves, and reflective high visibility safety jacket. 80% accidents because no Helmet. Don't let it be you!UpdateA great Scooter had it almost a year now....gets me to the places I want to reach each day. I ride it 20 mile in a day and climbs the hills easy.Had it moving at 40 mph on a flat surface. Worth every penny that I spent. Tire pressure around 40psi

After 90 days the key/throttle module burned out. It actually had an audible electric pop when it happened. After several attempts Customer service did respond and send out a new throttle control which fixed the problems.

I have been using this scooter as my every day commuter for approximately 1 month. In that time I have had 1 very serious near miss where a car ran a stop sign necessitating 100% breaking force at top speed. after narrowly jumping clear and collecting my scooter which clipped the rear bumper of the car as it sped through the intersection I discovered the brakes were seriously deteriorated I had to fix them before I could continue home. the brake lines were substantially stretched to the point They could not be sufficiently adjusted to provide safe braking and I had to manually tighten the cable at the caliper with my multitool. As a result the handlebar brake adjuster screw housing had stripped entirely and the cables were dangerously over stretched. After contacting the seller describing the problem and providing photos the representative offered to send replacement shifters, calipers and cables even though the technician he consulted disagreed about how dangerous the brakes now wereThis is exactly the kind of exception customer focused service every consumer should seek out and I will certainly be buying from them again. As for the machine itself I have very few critiques, it has an honestly intimidating amount of power I am over 260lbs and I can easily reach 30 mph+ on a level surface and at least 13 on the steepest inclines on my commute. It feels rock solid in use, it handles very well and has yet to bottom out even when jumping curbs at speed. I charge it about once a week and have not yet had a drop in power from a depleted battery. The front and rear brakes have a ton of stopping power (which may have saved my life) and it was durable enough to survive that incident in a mostly functional state needing only brake parts after that over the top exertion and subsequent crash to the pavement.I do find it difficult to read the screen while operating. it tends to be unreadable in bright sunlight but you can generally make out your speed because it is so huge compared to the other information on the display and the voltage meter on the right handlebar lets you approximate the distance you can still travel which are basically the only 2 things you need to knowI would strongly recommend this scooter for anyone needing a high weight capacity commuter or durable off-road leisure vehicle
